GoogleSwift and professional assessment of the site I had to offer and the market valuation was accurate. The marketing of the lot was widespread and I found it advertised on the major websites and along with an email campaign I was able to accept an offer pre-auction. Exchange of contracts was swift and I was kept informed at every stage. I highly recommend Hollis Morgan as an auctioneer and agent.

GoogleWe really could not speak more highly of Hollis Morgan and the team including Mike Hayne, Lucinda & Corine. We recently sold a property through them and also separately bought another one at auction with them. Both transactions were straight forward with excellent communication and professionalism. They obviously work very closely together as a team as every time I phoned the office they all seemed to have an understanding of the transaction which is very reassuring. 10/10 and would def use their services again. We will actually miss them now we have completed on both sale and purchase.

I sold with a pre-auction offer and I am very happy with the price. I might feel the odd pang at missing the excitement of the auction itself, but a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. GoogleI have already sold two properties with Hollis Morgan Auctioneers. They are flawless and I never had any issues. I believe good communication is the key to any deal and HM are the experts. Another thing that I need to highlight is their teamwork, it's superb!
