Very simple and straight forward process. Takes away the will it won't it happen scenario. The current procedure via estate agents is archaic and needs a total reform. The auction process finds the time wasters and focuses on the serious buyers. When we sold a plot from our garden, Hollis Morgan supported us with what level of planning we would need, the impact on the value of our house, and what we needed to do before the auction. Olly is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and his confidence was very reassuring. My wife Rebecca used Olly and his team to auction her old family home. The property was sold by way of a pre-auction offer within 8 weeks of the first meeting. The team-Olly, Nick, Lucinda and Sarah were all extremely professional from the initial meeting to the tie up of offers and exchange of contracts. They dealt with all the open viewings, including frequent weekend dates, and provided detailed prospective buyers' feedback in a seamless fashion -all their responses were always prompt and helpful. I have been using Hollis Morgan for now nearly ten years, for both purchasing and selling residential properties. I have always found Olly and his team very helpful and approachable, with Olly exhibiting considerable knowledge and experience in the property market. I have recently sold a residential property, the same that was in need of a major refurbishment. Olly's team produced some great photographs, and worked so hard to find investors for the sale of the property. In this difficult of both high inflation and mortgage interest rates, with the gloom surrounding inflation and the cost of living etc. Olly and his team still achieved an auction sale price well in excess of the price I expected.
