As first time buyers they put us at ease with answering all our questions quickly and clearly, and were accommodating with our viewing requests. Mark Denty's knowledgeable personable mortage broker service was fantastic, it made our first mortgage experience very smooth and I felt confident that we were getting the best deal. Overall we recieved a high quality service that was friendly and professional, I highly recommend the Andrews Westbury-on-Trym team and will be using them again for our future property needs. Recently Luke took over the management of our block of flats. I have to say, I felt Andrews had not been managing the block brilliantly before, particularly given how expensive they were. But Luke has been responsive, efficient and prudent with managing our money. Lots of lingering issues are being sorted out now. Have been really pleased with him so far. A real breath of fresh air.
