I was originally shown the property by Dominic, and he was instantly friendly, giving honest and helpful answers to all my questions. I had regular contact with him throughout the process and he was consistently helpful for the whole process. This agent doesn't seem interested in selling a property in The Crescent Hannover Quay. I have tried twice to view a 2 bed flat with blue furniture and the first time they cancelled on the grounds that I was looking for a top floor flat which I clearly wasn't. The second time they didn't bother to respond to my request at all. So I hope the blue flat owner reads this and sees how lazy they are.

We were first time buyers via Andrews, working specifically with Alex Hayward as our sales consultant. Not only was Alex lovely and friendly, but he was also super responsive to emails and always really helpful. Alex and his colleagues at Andrews were always on the ball, willing to be flexible about us coming to see the property multiple times, and were helpful when we were negotiating prices with the seller. I brought a ground floor flat in Warmley Bristol from Andrews estate agents . The staff lied to me about the property, because they had a customer from hell. I was told I don’t need a survey done. How wrong they were. The flat is covered in mould. Cracks on the outside wall, and so on. . I had to replace the bathroom and kitchen. They squeezed has much money out of me for the customer . I discovered after the sale, the vender did have the property up for sale 5 times with Andrews estate agents in longwell green Bristol. They were desperate to sale to get their commission. I am still furious from a year on wards. I will not be selling my flat with Andrews if I decide to move in the future.

I had been messed around by a few agents in terms of them not sticking to agreed appointments, properties being in a much worse state than they appeared in photos online etc, so was not having the best experience with my property search. Ben Gordon-Smith however responded to my query the very same day, and offered to show me the property that same evening, as it was on his way home. I appreciated the flexibility and was really impressed with the property, so I made an offer that same night, and it was accepted the next day. Ben has been very helpful in terms of clearly outlining next steps, and when there were queries about my referencing, he provided sound advice to ensure any issues were rectified as soon as possible, and everything was sorted within 3 working days.Ben has kept me updated every step of the way, and answered any queries I may have.
