GoogleLeft work early just for them to no show for our appointment, no text or call or anything, when we finally got through to them they said they had no record of the booking even though we made it 2 days before over the phone with what sounded like exactly the same employee, who gave us the address to meet them at. Didn't have an explanation/apology and obviously didn't care.

GoogleWe recently moved in to our new home in Clifton. We dealt almost exclusively with Alex Vaughan-Turner who gave us excellent customer service. He was friendly, market-aware, helpful, patient and went the extra mile to help us along the way: a good sense of humour and a pleasure to deal with. Alex communicated well with us and our vendor and his colleagues and nothing was too much trouble for him.

GoogleWas nice to deal with the guy who was showing the flat in Apsley road 38, but after agreeing about the property and paying the agency fee had to communicate with Claire about the agreement, she didn't want to speak and gave another telephone number that was absolutely impossible to reach. The problem isn't solved and there is no answer from the agency. Please be warned and careful.

I made a offer and it was accepted by the Agency in Southmead but after few days they say they Received another offer and my offer is invalid and they known the Rules and according to them the Buyer (myself)is not a Costumer for them Very very bad Costumer service Stay away from this Company for buying or for selling

Terrible company, refusing to organise viewings because we refuse to register with full details, no estate agent is a member of any professional governing body, so why trust them with your personal data, i asked them to sign an NDA agreement, they refused to sign, knowing this, i now know they would sell and abuse my personal infromation, Avoid!!

Is the worst experience ever , bad communication, manipulation, on the advertising was a no chain , after signing the contract and paying servy, lower ecc, I been told chain on hold , called 100 times no answer back , not at all serious, deserve minus star , avoid if you can ,con agency

GoogleBooked in to view a property last week, called to double check the booking only to find that there was no record of me on the system (even though we received an email from them). Asked them to book us in, they refused. Rude and terrible customer service. Avoid.
