GoogleI was very pleased with the service offered at a competitive fee by Q Estate Agents for a house to house move within Hanover, Brighton last year. In particular the professionally produced marketing photos and accompanying 3d house 'walkthrough' model was something not offered by most other agents.

GoogleA great family business - currently managed by Q, and I love the whole friendly team. They look after our accommodation very well and they seriously try and help out as much as they can. Always next day helping you out, feel very confident renting from them. Love them, highly recommend, for everyone, especially student friendly, they’re look after you and give you all the help you need to live happy.

In a challenging market and with a less-than-straightforward property, James obtained a price above other agents' estimations and provided a superb service while doing so, keeping us up to date with all interest, viewings and offers in and out of office hours. We couldn't recommend Q highly enough to anyone considering using them.

Googlefrom a landlord point of view - i'd walk away they could not find a tenant for ages. then demanded some money for "trying". The property got new tenants a few days after via a different agent.

GoogleI've never left a review on anything before, but this was pretty bad. 1) very unfriendly and rude. Was shouted at down the phone for asking about the tenancy agreement. 2) are happy to rent out moldy houses 3) they have contacted some tenants directly to complain about this bad review. Very unprofessional, full of angry people that will shout at you. 'Q' angry response any minute...

We are extremely proud of our reputation for a high level of service and always treat complaints extremely seriously. We're disappointed that you felt it was necessary to leave a negative review six months after your last contact with our company and did not ask about our formal complaints procedure. I have had the opportunity to investigate these points and will address them here. 1) You did ask about tenancy agreements and eventually it transpired that you were intending to change Universities at the last minute letting down both the landlord and the six other tenants you signed up with. At no point did anyone shout at you, however, frank and direct questions were asked to get to the truth of the situation which was not immediately offered. 2) As you have never been a tenant in one of our properties I think it is unfair for you to comment on them or the way we manage them. 3) The tenants contacted us this morning to discuss their desire to renew at the property. Your review was mentioned in passing to them and they were as shocked as we were to hear what had been posted by you. Feel free to give us a ring if you wish to discuss the matter further.

GoogleWe bought our house through Q and can definitely recommend them. They maintained good, friendly communication with us and other parties throughout the sale, and helped us get the move through in less than 3 months. Had we not sold we were also planning to move our own sale to them because we were so impressed by the service we received from everyone we met at Q.

Hi Muneeb, unfortunately across the past 10 months you have repeatedly failed to turn up to appointments, including failing to turn up to a meeting with the landlord of a property you agreed to rent. Considering that track record I do feel it is unfair to call our staff rude.

GoogleWe used Q to advise on the development and then sale of flats on Edward Street. The entire experience was excellent. The team are all so helpful and really did a superb job of ensuring the sale was completed by keeping all parties fully informed of what was required at every stage.
