Hi Elliott, thank you for your comments. I understand that your case is currently being dealt with by TDS in line with deposit disputes so it would be wrong to comment on a public forum. I'd ike to stress that we do not benefit from witholding deposits and the money is being held by the dispute service. The dispute is between you and the landlord rather than us and is being dealt with in line with legislation. If you have a complaint about our agency please do contact one of the directors who will be able to take you through our complaint procedure.

Of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but from our perspective this is an incredibly unfair review and not reflective of the particular situation or our company. Any issues that arose in this tenancy were as a result of miscommunication between you and the landlord, that we were not party to. We listened to your concerns and complaints and acted sympathetically and although we did were not always in agreement with you, we were always courteous and polite. When the landlord would not give you compensation at the beginning of the tenancy, we even put our hand in our own pocket and gave you money to help you buy a sofa. There is no doubt that the freeholder carrying out works impacted you through your tenancy and we argued this to the landlord to get you a rent reduction. Our team worked tirelessly to arrange works with a difficult freeholder and the landlord, and reacted promptly to all maintenance issues. It is our belief that certain disruption that you underwent during the tenancy was both inconvenient and unfair, but we worked hard to find a resolution between yourself, the landlord and the Freeholder.
