Paul Bott and his team including Thea, Jack and Julian are absolutely fantastic. My wife and i recently sold our house in Baker's Bottom with Paul and the whole experience was terrific. We felt completely looked after and guided at every stage, never pressurised or 'sold to' and we achieved a really good price which enabled us to move on and buy the house of our dreams. The whole process was almost stress free as PB&Co always kept us calm and sane! Highly recommended to anyone thinking of buying or selling in Kemptown.

As everyone always says; buying and selling is a highly stressful experience and basically they are right. However, amidst all the anguish and heartache Paul and his team came up trumps and were there whenever I needed answers or even just crying down the phone. I couldn't recommend them more highly and when we do eventually move in hopefully many years time I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I cannot imagine for one minute being treated so well by any of their competitors and I always felt like they really cared. It was almost as if I was their only client but I know they are snowed under and with good reason...why choose anyone else? Thank you so much for all you and your team did and I know I wouldn't be sitting in my lovely new house now without all your efforts. I will recommend you to everyone!!

Well what can I say! The statements 'above and beyond' and 'nothing is too much trouble' are very much and understatements when is comes to Paul and his team. I cannot recommend Paul highly enough; it is very stressful selling a property! so you can imagine what it was like for me being overseas. Paul was there every step of the way! Paul was acting for the vendor when we bought our flat in Kemptown but he made the whole experience as stress free as possible for both parties. He gently pushed when needed and also backed off when we needed time to think. We've popped in to Paul's office to say Hi now we've moved in and he's even recommended some local tradesmen for us - all very good by the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Paul or any of the team that 'held our hands' through what we were anticipating to be a difficult sale. Our property had been on the market with other agents and we had experienced sales falling though. Not only did Paul sell the property in just over a week, he broke the ceiling price of the road - which still has not been beaten! The interest he took in learning about our home and what we had done to improve it, as well as the energy the team put in to quickly and completely re-market it differently from previous agents, reassured us that they not only had our best interests at heart, but they also cared about the potential buyers end situation - not something you get the feeling of from many Estate Agents!! Next time we move there is no doubt that we would call Paul Bott & Co.

Friendly, efficient, care about their clients, no fluff or bluster. Work fast and make moving house a lot less painful. They found us a buyer at full asking even before our home was put on the market and followed through with both sides solicitors to put everything in place smoothly. Their charges are reasonable, their energy remarkable. Have dealt with several estate agents over the years and these are undoubtably the best we've used. Completely recommended.
