Would give zero if I could. Never deal with Lextons unless you conduct all conversations by email. Get it in writing. Completed with them today. Very unpleasant experience. Would never buy or sell a property through them in the future. To be avoided in my opinion.

Oli at Lextons recently managed the purchase of our dream house by the sea! He was patient and helpful to us as first time buyers, and offered advice and support throughout the process, acting as a great conduit between us and the seller. He really helped push things over the line at the end with our solicitor, and was there at all points to keep momentum up in the process. We would absolutely recommend his services to anyone who needs an honest and reliable estate agent!

After looking for a property for a good while I have had quite a bit of experience with estate agents. When I viewed the property with Lextons they were very professional, approachable and willing to actually help me. After the decision to go for the flat the communication has been exceptional from the reference checks to the contracts etc. I was dealing with Sofia and Simon who have been a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!!

I can honestly say having moved a number of times that Lextons are by far the best estate agency I have ever come across. The entire team are excellent, super efficient, friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I liked Peter from the minute I met him and knew I wanted them to sell our place. He totally knew the sort of buyer who would suit us and George sold our place before it even made it to market and at the full asking price. What more could you ask for? Karen joined after we were already under offer, picked up the sales progression straight away and ran with it. She has been a total star, really helpful when we had some tricky moments. Her calm and professional wisdom kept everything on track. We have now exchanged and cannot wait to start the next chapter of our lives. I recommend Lextons 100% to anyone. They are utterly brilliant.

We recently sold a property in Brighton through Lextons following a failed attempt with another agent. The service provided has been nothing short of superb as we went through, what became, a complex sale process. Both parties had difficulties with their solicitors and without Lextons' constant chasing and helpful interventions it is very likely that the sale would not have reached completion. Would highly recommend to anyone selling in the area.

Lextons recently helped us sell our flat which had been on the market previously with other Estate Agents. As soon as we moved to Lextons they found us more than 12 viewings in the first 10 days, of which one put in a firm offer which we accepted. Lextons provided excellent communication, keeping us constantly updated, both prior to the offer, all the way through the purchase process to Completion - and if ever anyone was out of the office, someone else was fully briefed and able to continue the updates. I would 100% recommend the team at Lextons - thanks so much particularly to James, Peter, Georgia and Victoria.

Far ahead of the competition, Really was a pleasure to deal with all the team at Lextons while selling our flat, they approached things very positively despite not being an ideal time of year to sell. Took the time to understand what made our property attractive and generated lots of viewings in no time. In a very short time these viewings turned into a very good sale price. You only have to meet them, see the way they present themselves, their promotional material etc to see why they more than earn their fee. Added to this even after a sale was agreed they were always easy to get hold of and assist with speeding the process through to completion, a combination of hard work and expertise.

Lextons provide the best customer service that I have ever experienced from an Estate Agency. Peter Phillips and his professional staff are knowledgeable, supportive and productive. They have twice managed to retain a full asking price offer on my house (twice because of circumstances out of their control) and negotiations are always stress-free. Lextons are client-lead, and progressive in their approach - their prior experience in the London market is evident in their worldly-attitude, and vast knowledge of the UK market. I certainly will only ever use Lextons from now on.

Right from the start, they presented as a very professional, organised and knowledgeable company. Their'pitch' was that they offered a different and more modern approach to house selling, and this proved to be the case. Within a week they had produced a very classy presentation of our house and secured some dozen viewings. Within 2 weeks we had an asking price offer. Unfortunately this fell through due to the buyer's I'll health. However, later that day they had arranged another raft of viewings and 2 days later secured a second asking price offer, which has progressed to a sale. All this is after having been with a local estate agent for 9 months without any hint of an offer!Their involvement did not end there. Throughout the whole process they continued to be very supportive, regularly checking on the state of the chain, giving good advice and during the exchange process , which was not without it's problems, working tirelessly to resolve the issues that arose.I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Every member of the staff I have dealt with have been fantastic.
