Great for the landlords, terrible for the tenants. Wrongly accused me for breaking the contract several times without checking the terms and conditions. No apologies afterwards, just ridiculous allegations beyond the contract and pretend to be innocent every time. What a professional work ethic. 👍🏻👍🏻 Honorable mention to the property manager ✨Namphet Tisanthia ✨for doing all the dirty work on behalf of leaders, including passively forcing tenants moving out from the property 3 months ahead by sending harassing reminders on a weekly basis, plus threatening tenants to pay additional maintenance cost with misleading evidence. I’ve been renting places in Brighton over 5 years, this is by far the nastiest lettings company I’ve ever met. I did my responsibilities and obligation as a respectful tenant. They on the other hand trying to take advantage of tenants at all cost. Such harassing and threatening behavior should never be allowed. Avoid this company at all cost. For those who still tied to their tenancy, do not flinch and take legal actions if necessary. Know your rights and protect yourself.

Many thanks to Leaders for getting me through a particularly difficult property purchase - the difficulty coming from the other side, not "ours". Due to the nature of the sale there were constant new questions and revelations, and I needed a lot of guidance throughout. Luke and especially Kay fielded probably a much greater than typical level of phone calls and pleas for clarity from me......but they never once made me feel like I was bothering them and always followed through on chasing things up.

I have relocated to Brighton and the renting process via Leaders and Maria Lagkani made the whole move seamless. I was kept well informed by Maria all the way in regard to how my application was going, she was friendly and engaged. Whenever I needed to raise a query or needed assistance Maria was very prompt in helping me and I felt very assured I was being looked after by a fantastic team. When I collected my keys, Marie ensured I had everything ready and also said I could contact her if there were any issues when I moved into the property, really above and beyond service. A good friend of mine was recently left feeling rather insulted by a rather poor attempt by one of your sales people to unlawfully extract money from him from your property sales department for out of contract services not even provided. All in all a very shabby affair that puts your property sales business in a very poor light. I could not recommend your services as a result and would strongly recommend that anyone considering using your services in future be very careful about signing any paperwork without taking professional legal advice first to ensure that you don’t find yourself in similar circumstances. Totally unethical practice!
