I felt they were very honest and genuine through out. If you are selling a property around Brighton or Hove i would highly recommend using John Hoole estate agents if you want a reliable honest estate agent.

Great experience - highly recommended! Very knowledgeable about the process and even the building that I was buying - making it much easier to follow what was going on. Zoe was also fantastic at following up with the various parties, and making sure that nothing was left to chance. Zoe was always on hand and has been very accommodating during the whole process. Plus both Zoe and John are very friendly and genuine which makes all the difference!

Zoe and John were both such a pleasure to work with. Throughout my entire purchase process, they kept communication up and kept me thoroughly informed of the entire process. Nothing was ever too much of an ask and dealing with them was always a joy - even throughout the stressful moments of purchasing a property. I have had bad experiences with estate agents in the past, but Zoe and John completely changed the game. I’ve dealt with a lot of agents in my time since returning to UK from Cuba, and John and the team are one of the best in Brighton. John is just a really nice person. He is genuine, friendly and knows his stuff. He just happens to be an estate agent! This was the first time I had sold a property, and I couldn't have asked for a better estate agents than John Hoole. Zoe looked after the sale and I always felt that everything was under control. I like the fact that it's a smaller agency - they always have time for you, and any query or question was answered quickly and efficiently. At the time of writing John Hoole have 105 Google reviews from sellers and buyers, all of them five stars. That's not an easy achievement and should speak volumes to anyone who is considering who to engage as an agent in Brighton & Hove.
