Cannot say enough about my Estate Agents up in Woodingdean. Have bought and sold properties for years and these are the best Agents by far. l received full asking price, the highest price achieved for my area, plus l was out of my home within 5 weeks of the the offer received. Not only that but the property l wanted to buy l was having such problems dealing with that Estate Agent as they were not very professional and after awhile felt the will to live fade! Nearly gave up buying my dream home but l asked Sharon to step in and deal with the Agent until an asking price was agreed and we were able to carry on forward with the sale. l can honestly say if Sharon had not helped in this matter we would not now be in our new home, definitely went above and beyond what a "normal" Estate Agent would have done. Would recommend Maslen Estate Agents without hesitation. Thank you :)

Sharon and Megan in the Woodingdean office are the very best professionals that you could ever meet. The honest friendly service that my husband and I received was outstanding. They got the best possible price for our property. They helped us every single step of the way, sorting any of the usual and unexpected problems that can occur. I could get in contact with them immediately with the smallest of questions. They made us feel important and had all the time for us. After some extremely awful experiences from other local estates agents, we know we would never consider using any other agents in the area. I bought my first house recently, and am so pleased that I contacted Maslen rather than the other estate agent that had the property listed as the service was fantastic. I was updated every week without fail and never felt a bother with all the questions I had to ask! Sharon and Barbara at the Woodingdean office made me feel incredibly well looked after and I really appreciated the hand holding through the purchase. I also used a conveyancer recommended by Maslen which I believe also helped the experience as there were great lines of communication there also. I would highly recommend using Maslen and I certainly will when the time comes to move again!

The Incredibles - Mark, Sharon and Megan helped me achieve something I thought was impossible and I’m now the proud owner of my own home. Though not the easiest conveyancing process, their support was invaluable. The sale process was complicated due to boundary issues with the Land Registry, but Sharon and her team worked tirelessly to make sure all parties in the chain were kept informed and engaged. Thank you to the team at Maslen Woodingdean for managing the successful sale of my property. The fact that I live and work in Asia did not phase the team as we were able to communicate very effectively via email despite the timezone differences. The team managed the transaction proactively through their regular follow ups with vendor and purchaser and respective solicitors and ensured there were no unnecessary hold ups. I purchased a flat in Woodingdean that was being marketed by DMEA and I have to say that, were I to sell it again, I would have no doubt that I would retain them to handle the sale. They are first class in their approach to both the buying and selling of property. They move swiftly to ensure that all parties are proceeding to as quick as possible sale completion..
