We moved into our new home at the beginning of May. Maslen were fantastic. Megan kept us up to date the whole way through the process and we really appreciated it. From start to finish we had keen, willing and personal help from Brittany as well as Erin and Neill of the Maslen Team. Brittany facilitated all aspects of the sale to us. I saw my now new home online on a Weds afternoon and popped round straight away to have a look at the outside. Just down the road is Woodingdean Maslens so I popped in to enquire about the property and found Sharon who was so friendly and welcoming that I found myself viewing the property the very next day! Everything happened very quickly and my previous property was soon on the market and despite some hitches and a failed sale, I moved into my new home within 5 months of that spontaneous viewing! Sharon and her staff were so supportive throughout and treated me as an individual, took the trouble to get to know me and supported me all through the whole stressful process. The honesty and integrity of all the team shines through and you feel they really want the best for both you and all the other people in your chain, rather than just wanting to sell to you to make a profit at all costs. I sometimes pop in to say hello and consider the team as part of my local community! I felt in safe hands and treated fairly and openly at all times and would certainly go back to them for any future sale (not that I am planning one any time soon!)

I lost my Dad who I lived and cared for to Covid last year, I inherited 50% of the house with my sister. Being illiterate not having a clue, scared, suffering with depression and anxiety I eventually plucked up enough courage to walk into my local Maslen Estate Agents in Woodingdean.
