Thank you for your rating, We will never put tenants without carrying out referencing, we are unable to star the process without you paying for a holding fee. Our obligation to the landlords are, to put a fully referenced tenant, we will never deviate from this. Getting annoyed with us and rating us one start for this is very unfair. You will find any reputable agency will follow the same procedures.
