GoogleDealing with Brand Vaughan has been enjoyable because the transactions of buying and selling have been followed through every step properly and when the buyer pulled out, they managed to find another one in a week without affecting the rest of the long chain. Thanks particularly to Harry for his parking skills (we lived on a very steep road in Brighton)! Highly recommended!

Generally good, found plenty of potential buyers and traffic didn’t slow down despite them being single agency. Gave good advice on how to price the property.Had to take over the final stages of the sale to keep the buyer happy, but in MM’s fairness this was my choice as I am in sales myself and felt I could handle it better.

GoogleMessed me around twice with viewings and didn't even let me know the second time. I got to the viewing early so they had plenty of time to let me know they didn't have the keys.
