Brand Vaughan have been very professional and friendly to deal with from the start. I’ve just secured a new home which I am so excited about and Kamila was amazing, making the process as easy as possible for me in this difficult rental market! I’ve also used their Preston park office to sell my home and David and Kate (and the sales team) have been superb. So If you’re looking to buy or rent, I’d highly recommend them.

The actual viewing was smooth however i am disappointed for i wasn't given a QR code like other applicants and i got to learn about it much later that there was a QR code while viewing the flat. I called to express my continued interest after viewing and requested for the application form to be sent over which wasn't. I called again later only to be informed that the landlord had moved on with an applicant. I am highly disappointed for i wasn't given an equal opportunity with all other applicants. This was in Peacehaven, Brighton.

Unfortunately they do not communicate between themselves so tell you all different things. They now use an external company for referencing which automatically fails credit checks so you have to pay for them to garentor (even if you have a personal garentor). They are quick to chase you for information but will not respond when you request something. Definitely research before handing money to them as they do not stick to the laws around renting.

I have been with this agency for about 3 years, and as far as there are no problem with the property and you pay your rent, they only contact you for renewals and not much else. I reported a leak 2 years ago, after all this time they haven't done anything, not even pretending. Now is time to renew the contract and they want to increase the rent £100 but without fixing the leaks (now there is more than one). Contacted them, few of the members, and even one of the managers and the just pas the ball to each other, no one is taking responsibility and the ceiling will fall one of this heavy rain days. Be careful with this agency....
