GoogleAs another estate agent it is not common for us to write a review for another estate agent but in this case I absolutely had to. I have been in the industry for 25 years and the levels of service have really fallen through the floor, however if you are looking for those high standards to be kept then having just been through a process in a chain with Brand Vaughan their incredible staff member Dee was exceptional throughout. If not for the tenacity, great communications and calmness of Dee the whole chain would have collapsed. Also Felix in the branch is an exceptional agent too which goes to show if you want a team that will look after you from the start to the end of the process then know you are in the best hands with this team as I have been truly impressed at how they operate. Highly recommend.

GoogleDee is an absolute legend! She was amazing at dealing with what turned out to be an absolute nightmare of a sale and purchase of a property. The nightmare was down to the buyers solicitors (Sort Legal - stay clear at all costs) but Dee managed the situation so well. She was there for us throughout and did everything possible to get the sale through. Her communication was excellent and she literally did everthing possible to help. Thank you Dee!

My son and three of his friends reserved accommodation with Brand Vaughan. I signed as the guarantor for my son and paid the deposit and advance rent. On the 18th Sept, he received an email stating that his accommodation is cancelled and he was supposed to collect keys on the 19th Sept, his classes starting on the 23rd September. I saw the stress and frustration on my son's face when all this happened and fortunately for him and his friends, the University was able to provide accommodation in campus albeit more expensive. Still very grateful for the university to step in at the last minute to save the day. My deposit and advance is returned and I am not writing a review to have a go at Brand Vaughan. This review is to warn all students to do some research before committing yourselves to such companies. If my son and his friends had done their research and read the reviews here, they would not have gone anywhere near Brand Vaughan based at 14 The Waterfront, Brighton Marina, BN2 5WA. Thank you for the response, however, the alternative accommodation offered was meant for 5 tenants and the onus of finding the 5th tenant was on my son and his friends. Failure to find the additional tenant in 2 months would have resulted in the rent being divided by 4 and hence, stating that the offer was for the same rent is not actually true.. So please respond stating the full picture and with honesty. I have only put this review to help future students.

Unfortunately, the landlord withdrew the let the day before the move-in date, which was beyond our control. We did find alternative accommodation at the same price on the same day, but this was declined, and a full refund was issued immediately. We understand your frustration and appreciate you sharing your experience.

We could not have asked for better support in what turned out to be a long and complicated process. The team at the Preston Park branch were fabulous. Toby was our initial contact, advising us on asking price and then arranging viewings and securing a buyer. He immediately made us feel confident and included in the process. We had complete faith in him. As such, we were a little nervous when we were moved to the sales progression team. Pleased to say that our concerns were unfounded. Holly Davis was superb from day 1. Mazie- what a kind and knowledgeable lady. Had a great experience at a viewing with her, she had answers for all questions and made us feel at ease and like no question was silly. She is truly lovely, and would recommend requesting her for a viewing. Had some miscommunication in the booking process but it was entirely my fault and was met with nothing but a smile and very positive experience. Definitely a credit to the charters team!
