GoogleThis is the second time we have used Hamptons to rent our property in Hove. At every stage in the process, Victoria our agent, went above and beyond what was expected of her to make sure that the house was ready for the tenants (we live overseas and had only just finished a renovation project when the tenants wanted to move in). She was flexible, responsive and made the whole process so easy and (as far as possible!) worry free for us. Based on what we have seen so far, we would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons, in particular Victoria, to anyone looking to rent their house.

We dealt with Sharon James at Hamptons when we rented a property last month - she came across honest and down to earth. She was always punctual and organised when sorting out everything we needed from viewings to getting all the referencing checks sorted. When one of our checks failed, she went the extra mile to sort it out for us and so luckily we still got the rental property, when it seemed at one point like it was going to fall through. I'd recommend working with Sharon again.

GoogleOur experience of Hamptons as a letting agent has been great. They are very friendly but also very professional. They guided us through the process of letting our first home in Hove. We made a big move from Milton Keynes and they were understanding of this and helped us navigate some of the tricky deadlines along the way. Paul was always available to answer any queries we had and was always fun to speak to. Nothing has been too much trouble. The whole process being online has also been a joy and made things very easy. I am glad Hamptons are acting as our letting agent also as we know we are truly in safe hands. We would recommend Hamptons as an agent for anyone looking to let in the area.

Why was i told by a Hamptons agent in West Hampstead that Countrywide has nothing to do with Hamptons when they are apart of the group and it states on the Hamptons site at the bottom of the page (Hamptons is a trading name of Countrywide Estate Agents Limited) Hamptons Estates Limited is an agent and subsidiary of Countrywide Estate Agents Limited and even have the same registered office. Why was i told a mistruth by your agent?

I’ve been renting a property with this firm since 2017 and recently having run into certain financial difficulties-this company negotiated a contract which would help me manage my finances and keep the landlord happy. The exemplary and very kind service was with Renewals Consultant Sara-Louise Wood. She took into account all sides of the negotiation and worked a suitable arrangement, very quickly, in order to remove any stress. I would definitely recommend renting with Hamptons, they are worth the money you pay, and although the three different contract renewal consultants I’ve dealt with were good, Sara-Louise has been the best. A great professional yet compassionate person.

We’ve recently moved into a property managed by Hamptons and the experience so far has been impressively seamless. When our washing machine broke down, Max Barnes, our property manager, swiftly sorted out the problem and arranged for us to get a new machine. As we have a toddler, we appreciated the quick turnaround! Max has been very efficient in solving any issues and is always very friendly and helpful. On the lettings side, Catherine Sutton, showed us around the property and was really helpful and knowledgeable. We’ve rented from a few letting agents in Oxford (some good and some not so good!) and we’ve been really happy with the experience so far with Hamptons and would recommend.

I have been with Hamptons for over a year now, great service for this beautiful one bedroom studio flat in the heart of Knightsbridge. You can hear all the noise from ground level even the chatter through the windows but the flat has been worth it. The residents are simply amazing. Since then Amy Goldstein has been very much on top of the management of the property. She replies promptly and will ensure if something requires to be fixed it will be escalated. Thus far, great service received to date.
