We are disappointed to receive your review, particularly as we can see your feedback is already being addressed. We understand there has been communication about your experience and you spoke with the Regional Sales Director on Wednesday, where it was agreed he would come back to you once he had looked into your feedback further. Given the amount of information provided this has naturally taken a couple of days but he will revert back shortly. Thank you for your patience.
