GoogleJames Turner went above and beyond in negotiating with the referencing agency so that our particular situation would be accelerated - we were expecting to wait over a week to be cleared, but once James was on the case, we were ready to move within a couple days! GoogleIssy and Hannah were amazing and made the whole process of moving so smooth and quick as well. We have managed to move to another flat in less than 2 weeks, as it was not easy with a little doggy! The communication with all agents and the agency was amazing, always someone to speak and support and also getting back to our emails so quickly! Thank you so much, we love the new flat xx

The brighton branch, has taken 2 years to get my dad's flat sold after he died. Recommended to sale the flat at auction by Ray Murphy, that fell through after months of trying to get it sold,then went down the normal route. This all starts out fine ,in 2022,then had two more offer ,these were not satisfactory, finally had an offer in August 2024 which has taken 5 months of us chasing to get over the line. Alfie is the person not to take at his word as this was only what he thought we wanted to hear. Never use fox&sons. Sonia collins

Absolutely disgusted at the way this company treated my son and his fiance. They had put a holding deposit on a flat and through no fault of theirs the landlady withdrew the flat and Fox and Sons refused to give them back their holding deposit. They could not afford to lose that money.

Initial contact with the company seemed ok receiving emails and texts for the upcoming valuation. However the RE agent seemed inexperienced totally disinterested, didn't seem to have much idea about valuing a property other than going on line to look at other properties in the area - something I'd already done. Worst of all she never followed through with providing the valuation information as part of the follow up. I would definitely not use Fox & sons to sell my property given this experience.

Never touch these people with a barge pole! I’ve never in my life had such a bad experience with an estate agent and that’s saying something! Major pressure tactics to get you to spend more, refusal to return deposit, which thankfully they are so dodgy that tgey do not have a bank account and you need to pay by card! Always remember you can do a charge bsck bua your bank and you get your money back! The excuses I heard to hold onto your money! I think this may be hiw these guys get paid! Anyway rubbish service, rubbish people and steer well clear of these cowboys! Sequence homes are part of this group so steer clear of them as well.

The Crawley team, particularly Branch Manager Kane Caulfield, displayed unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful behavior.They wasted our time by not responding promptly to our inquiries, forcing us to follow up continuously for weeks, both regarding our initial offer and when the property came back on the market.When we decided not to proceed with the offer, Kane Caulfield began speaking to us in a rude and unprofessional manner.We kindly request that take appropriate action regarding the Branch Manager's behavior.

Impossible to get a hold of them by phone or email. Couldn't get them to contact the potential landlord to sign the tenancy agreement until 7 days after the agreed move in date at which point tried to increase the rent from £1000pcm to £1300pcm. I didn't accept it and tried contacting them for over 2 months to return my deposit and they only started replying to my emails after I threatened legal action if they didn't return my deposit. Still waited until the day before I said I would take action before returning my money. I wouldn't ever look at a house managed by this company ever again and I should have called everything off once I saw how difficult it was to get replies even before signing anything

Slammed the phone down on my father when he was enquiring about a Peacehaven bungalow and was asked if his property was on the market. When he said "Not yet" the agent simply hung up. Serious buyer turned away by this agency. Would reconsider if you are thinking of listing your property with them.

I had 8 different local estate agents come to value my house. All except Fox & Sons valued it by comparing it with properties that bore little resemblance to mine. The Fox & Sons valuer actually looked at the property properly and valued it accordingly. It sold within 5 days of going on the market for £16,000 more than the others had valued it. We have just completed.

GoogleWe used Fox and Sons' financial services to help with our mortgage and Rebecca Lake was honestly fantastic. Could not recommend enough! Not only did she get us a ridiculously good mortgage rate (by 2023 standards), she always kept us up to date and made us feel supported throughout the whole process.

GoogleIt’s not the first time I rent a place in UK, but it’s the first time the whole process leaves me satisfied. Fox & Sons have been very accomodating, did not string me along and I was able to secure the place I was looking for with little to no hustle. James Turner from the Western Rd office managed everything with tact, efficiently and fast, so the agreement with the landlord came easy and without complications. Very satisfied (and happy in my new place)
