Purchasing a property

I have recently put my house on the market and have been looking for houses via cubitt and west in Patcham. There have been several properties of interest and Zak Coombs (senior marketing consultant) has gone out of his way to arrange viewings convenient to my busy schedule. He presents as very knowledgable about each of the properties we have visited and has shown a keen interest in what our specifications are - matching us with the perfect properties. He is a likeable, friendly and certainly knows how to sell and market a property!

Renting out a flat

We used Cubitt & West to rent out our flat in Littlehampton, can honestly say we've had absolutely no issues with the whole process moving ahead very quickly, from finding a tenant to getting the tenancy agreement set up, it's been an incredibly smooth process. The majority of the correspondence and information was passed through Marcus Farrow who was able to answer all and any queries and we are very grateful for his quick replies to emails and how stress free the whole process was

I honestly cannot thank Alice and the rest of the team at Patcham enough. We were living up North, and trying to buy a house in Brighton during the current boom, from a distance, was a bit of a nightmare. Once we got in touch with Alice, however, all that changed. She kept in touch regularly, not only letting us know of new properties to the market, but also giving us a "heads up" as to ones likely to be coming to market soon. This gave as a great advantage and, after lots of effort & determination all round, we secured the property we wanted. When a problem did arise during the conveyancing, despite being off sick, both Alice and Eloise both got on the phone and had things sorted quickly and with minimum fuss. I honestly think that our return to Brighton would have been far more difficult with any other agent. Alice in particular is a credit to Cubitt & West. Thank you so much!

We had a burst water main and although we ended up without water for a week and risk of it being turned off again after a weekend of it being on and still leaking, Sadie at the management hub was and has continued to be really amazing. She was sympathetic, empathetic and everything she set out to do, in order to resolve the problem she did. She chased landlords, contractors and even provided me with information on who else to contact to get the matter resolved.5 star rating from me. She checks in and makes sure it's all still ok even months after the incident.

Despite a very convincing hard sale, with promise of above market service, it was all very mediocre. There was poor copper action with our requests in the marketing material. The open day was managed by very junior, inexperienced staff. A worse if all the verbally agreed price with the branch manager was not the final demand. The advert 'no added extras' was not applied as they added a marketing charge to the agreed price. This company is not worth the extra cost. Mediocre at best. Avoid .
