My experience with Maddison at Cubitt & West has been exceptional! Maddison was so helpful from the very first phonecall I made. Maddison is such a lovely person and excellent at her job - she not only listened carefully to our needs and gave us some brilliant advice, but she also embraced our home life wonderfully when she visited us; she was so very lovely to our very chatty and confident little boy, and was so attentive to him whilst juggling her professional role whilst with us and we are so grateful. Although we haven’t gone ahead to sell & buy right now, if the time does come I will be making Maddison my first port of call. The team have all been very good at keeping in touch with us in a supportive way without there being any pressure whatsoever. This really is a great branch and I would urge anyone to reach out to the team and particularly Maddison if you have any queries, or are looking to buy/ sell.

GoogleHIGHLY RECOMMENDED Cubbit & West Fiveways handled the sale of our property. AN Other agent handled our purchase and bid for the selling contract... Ebba at C&W not only recommended a notably higher price, but among a stream viewings she found buyers that would pay more than the asking price! We have nothing but praise for the way Ebba and Veronica walked us through the process during selling and after - a welcome contrast to our experience with agents up the chain who would not return calls or emails, every query sent to C&W got a reply within hours, every time somebody in the office was away, the rest of the team were up to date and could access our file if we had queries (another glaring contrast to our experience with AN Other). Recommended for their ability to sell you house and their level of service throughout.

My partner and I had our first ever viewing and was shown around by Aden. Aden was fantastic and was full of knowledge and could answer almost all of our questions (all the important ones). Once our viewing was done, Aden had told us that hadn’t been in the job very long but after spending 10 - 15 mins with him I would have thought he’d been in the job for years!

They couldn't of done more to support her and even going beyond their job description to help her organise and fill in paperwork. We recently sold our house with Cubbitt and West.Although they are a bit more expensive than other estate agents we felt we made the right choice as we couldn't fault the service provided.We told them from the beginning we will need time to find a house to buy and they totally understood and we haven't felt any pressure from them.This although our house sold in one day.Especially Julie Bramble the sales progressor was very helpful providing us with regular updates and checking in with solicitors. It has been a long and painful road to buy a property, but flat number 4 was meant to be obviously (other properties with different agents)! Also, I must thank James, their financial advisor for his excellent work, he’s made me realise my full purchase potential and never had a silly question been a problem for him.Honestly don’t think I’d be anywhere near to completion without Heidi and James! I don’t have enough words to thank them properly.
