GoogleAs the agent whom I rent my property from I contacted them in regards to a problem with my boiler. I have not heating or hot water, however Daniel and Hirst had an engineer out to my property immediately and resolved the issue swiftly. Service was great and always happy to help attitude. GoogleI never ever leave reviews, but because the lasses at the Brighouse office are so brilliant in the work they do, I had too. A proper estate agents that know what's happening at ever turn. Help you through the sale and purchase. Fantastic communication with daily or weekly reports. I've used numerous agents before but these ladies are in a league of their own. And lastly to Gill.. in the words of Tina Turner... "You're simply the best". Thank you for everything. D 👍👍👍

This was particularly appreciated as we were abroad on holiday at the key time and via email everything was arranged smoothly. GoogleCouldn't recommend Daniel and Hirst enough, everyone's really helpful and the moving process has been completely pain free! Locked ourselves out accidentally and Michael was really helpful and got to the office as quick as he could to get us a spare key (on a bank holiday weekend and 5 days of getting the keys!).

GoogleI had to abandon my tenancy agreement due to unforeseen circumstances and found all the staff very helpful. Any issue they handled with professionalism. Everything is done is a calm pleasant manner. As a management company they tried very hard to find a new tenant to realise me from my contract.
