GoogleMy husband and I have rented through Daniel & Hirst for the last two years. We are highly satisfied with their fantastic, professional five star service. Michael and his great team are always more than happy to help - if there has ever been a problem at the property, they are a phone call away and have a professional handyman/electrician/plumber on site asap - fabulous service. Their service is not only professional but they provide the best personal customer service, which in this day and age is difficult to find - Excellent!

GoogleMy wife and I used Daniel and Hirst to sell our apartment in Brighouse. We found Michael Hirst very professional. From advising on the value of the property at the outset, to introducing buyers, arranging viewings and concluding a sale everything was handled promptly and efficiently and we were kept informed throughout the sale process. Best of all a sale was achieved in a shorter time scale than we expected and at the price D & H told us to expect. We would definitely use them again and we recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleWe first used Daniel & Hirst six years ago, for both our sale and purchase. They provided an exemplary service, fulfilling all our objectives. In fact, they were so good we have just used them again for our sale (we're relocating to another country). They are undoubtedly the major players in the Brighouse and district estate agency world. They bring an unrivalled knowledge of what's happening on the patch, the latest trends and movements, and have the most professional and understanding approach. Without a doubt, if we were staying on the area, we would use them again. We recommend them unreservedly.

GoogleWe've been renting the property in Halifax that was Let and Managed by Daniel & Hirst since January 2014 and couldn't be happier with the service provided. Whenever there was an issue they were quick to respond and react, and when the Landlady has decided to sell the property out of the blue, they went extra mile to find potential investor buyer who would purchase the house with tenants in situ. Now more than ever it is reassuring to know that there is an Estate Agent who is knowledgeable, responsible, caring and fair...Keep up the great service.
