WS Residential Brighouse reviews

Selling our brother’s home as his executors would have been quite upsetting if not for the wonderful service provided by WS Residential in Brighouse. Both Dawn and Shona kept us abreast of events and steered us to a satisfactory sale. I should like to thank Shona for ensuring the property heating was on through the winter months and for providing us with meter readings for gas and electricity. I can honestly say that once we handed the key to WS we felt the burden of what to do with the place was lifted. They provided a first class service and I would happily recommend them in future.

We chose to sell through WS Residential after an initial valuation with Shona. This company are so professional, organised, deliver great customer service, and really do advocate for their clients and advise accordingly. We have been kept up to day every step of the way and felt well supported and guided. From valuation through to completion in quite a short time, it has been a smooth stress free experience with support from Dawn and all members of the team. This was a difficult family sale due to bereavement, we were all treated with kindness and compassion throughout the process. Its very noticeable that the team work professionally and so well together. Special thanks to Shona, Dawn, Helen, Dan, Amanda and all other members of this wonderful team. Myself and my sisters have had a fabulous service from the Brighouse team, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had a great experience selling a property through WS Residential, Brighouse. In particular Shona was incredibly impressive with her market knowledge and made me feel confident throughout the whole house selling process. Helen saw me through what could of been an extremely difficult transaction with ease and professionalism. I honestly felt I had chosen the best agents to guide me at every stage of the sale. Truly dedicated and I cannot thank them enough. Karen

We had the pleasure of working with Claudia Turner from the agency for over three and a half years, and our experience throughout that time was consistently positive. Claudia demonstrated a high level of professionalism in handling all aspects of the tenancy, from routine communications to addressing specific requests and concerns. We appreciate her clear and timely communication, as well as her courteous and respectful approach. Overall, we are very grateful for her support and would confidently recommend their services to anyone seeking a dependable and professional rental agency.

In becoming an “accidental landlord” I have owned my house for many years and in reality didn't really want it, but had no experience in what to do or how to go about selling my property, from knowing michael from the gym he assured me it was an easy process and took selling my property on, his communication throughout the whole process was excellent and he guided me through step by step right up to the final day when contracts exchanged! My recommendation comes with very high praise and couldn’t thank Michael enough for how easy he made this process for me, upon needing to sell a property again I know where I will be going 100%, many thanks again Karl

A very impressive level of service throughout. There was a calmness, assurance and professionalism to the service we received. What we thought would be a simple and speedy transaction (are property purchase ever so?) became rather more complicated than we expected but Michael's expertise and experience proved invaluable in helping all parties to achieve what we wanted. My recommendation is without hesitation and there is no doubt that this will be my company of choice in the area in any future transactions. In short, just excellent. Thank you.

The team at WS Residential have been fantastic, diligent, efficient and friendly throughout a very long complicated process. It has been a pleasure working with Shona throughout, I have never worked with someone so dedicated, caring and efficient who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth completion. Shona has been a fantastic ambassador for WS Residential and I only wish this level of service was seen by more Agents and Conveyancers. The buying and selling of property would be less fraught! Thank you all!

We completed on our purchase last week after a long 11 months, unfortunately we were in a chain of 8! Shona and the team at WS have been fantastic through the whole process. They really offer the personal touch, following up viewings and speaking to the people for feedback, not just an automated response. We hope our new house is our forever home but if we were to sell I wouldn’t hesitate to use WS or recommend to others.

I originally selected Daniel Hirst to sell my late brother’s house based on a recommendation from someone who lives in the area and have not been disappointed. Their service has been excellent; promptly putting it on the market and regularly keeping me updated on progress. It’s not easy selling property at a distance but Michael made it so. Thank you to you and all your staff. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to others.

I would like to share how good Walker Singletons were with the sale of my house. From the valuation to the completion of the sale all staff were very approachable working within a professional capacity. I was updated regularly and given opportunity to ask any questions which were always answered efficiently. I would highly recommend the use of Walker Singletons to sell any house.

Michael and his team at Daniel and Hirst are so professional. We put our house up with this estate agents after having two others round to price it up, the reason we went with Michael was for his wealth of knowledge on selling homes. Michael did sell our home and was professional at negotiating for us. During Covid 19 Michael kept in contact with my husband and I throughout the most difficult time any of us had ever experienced. We have finally moved into our new home last week. Thank you Michael and team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Extremely professional service provided by Daniel and Hirst. As first time buyers, we had plenty of questions (most of them that shouldn't even concern an estate agent) but Michael was more than happy to guide us through the entire process and assist us in ironing out any minor bumps along the way. I would definitely recommend and use Daniel and Hirst again in the future!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We used WS Residential for our sale, and from the first point of contact, when Shona valued the property, to completion, all the staff we dealt with have been superb, very helpful, and on the case all the way through, regularly in contact with updates and how viewings went. Special mentions to Shona, Rachel and especially Lisa who dealt with a lot more than she should have with unexpected issues in the sale process, she was always positive and her professionalism is a credit to the company, thank you.
