Daniel & Hirst couldn’t have done more to help us sell our house. Michael & Stella kept us informed all through the process and as we moved overseas half way through the sale, knowing they were looking after everything for us really put our minds at ease. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Sold our house in Brighouse through WS Residential. Excellent friendly service, frequent phone calls & emails to keep us updated. Whenever I phoned, the person I spoke to knew our situation & answered my question immediately. I felt that the staff at WS Residential cared about both us as the sellers and our buyer as people. Many thanks to Lisa, Helen, Shona, Michael, Rachael & anyone I've missed. A professional & personal service, highly recommended !

Michael was extremely professional and always responsive. We were selling, and the whole process took just over 3 months, even with a delay. We had 7 viewings booked within a couple of hours of going to market and multiple offers, one of which on the same day. Wouldn't hesitate to use Daniel & Hirst again.

A special mention to Claudia, who always responds promptly and ensures any repairs or issues are arranged efficiently. The onboarding process was seamless and simplified, making the entire experience stress-free. Highly recommended!

We originally were on with Daniel and Hirst who were then taken over by WS Residential after we had found a buyer for our house. I can only comment on WS regarding the after sales service and it was excellent. We were in a chain but Gill was brilliant in coordinating things, pushing all parties to ensure the sale went through as smoothly as possible. Thank you Gill for all your help.

Excellent and professional service. Our house sale was a lengthy process but Michael and the team were helpful and communicative throughout. Our instinct was to go with a high street agent over an online one and this proved to be a good decision. Very satisfied with the service received.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We cannot thank Shona and team enough for the way they handled our sale and purchase. To say they were professional is an under statement. We were always provided with up to date information and were reassured during this stressful time. We would highly recommend them.

WS Residential sold 16 residential properties for my company following our decision to liquidate the company's assets. It has been a pleasure working with them and I have been greatly impressed by Lisa Frost's dedication, professionalism and unfailing good humour in the most trying circumstances. She was very supportive throughout and proactive whenever action was needed.

I have dealt with Daniel and Hirst for many years as a landlord and I have nothing but praise for the way they have handled my properties. They are conscientious about keeping tenants happy and safe and always manage the day to day running of the tenanted properties with efficiency and professionalism. In this day and age when people are quick to complain, I just wanted to say a big thank you and give the team a pat on the back for all the work they do on my behalf.
