GoogleDaniel & Hirst are very efficient and friendly and helped make our move as stress free and straight forward as possible. Michael was excellent at handling a major issue we had with our property shortly after moving in, being very helpful in organising for the issue to be resolved and in such a quick time. Michael was excellent in terms of responding and communicating with us throughout and we were very grateful for his help. Very good estate agency and would highly recommend them.

GoogleDaniel Horst are a very friendly and efficient estate agent. Michael and his team sold my house in 6 days from going on the market which was due to them being pro active. Nothing is too much trouble and if you need help they are always the and come back to you very quickly if you have any queries or questions. I have bought and sold through them and they would be my first choice if I had to use again

GoogleWe needed a quote for a house value for Probate so we engaged two agents (one being Daniel & Hirst). One was all doom and gloom (Houses don't sell at this time of year, Markets not so good round here, etc etc). Michael was totally the oposite really positive and assured us a good price and that there would be no problem selling this sort of property at this time of year and in this area! So we used Michael's valuation for Probate and left it at that, thinking it would be ages before we could sell the house as we had to go thru Probate. Two days later Michael contacted me, not wanting to be too presumptious, but said he had a client who could be interested in the house. To cut a long story short, a few month's later, the house is now sold to that client because of Michael's intuition. He has been most helpful and efficient at a time of great difficulty and has made the selling of the property super easy. Top Man!

GoogleNever rented a property before and needed one at fairly short notice. Daniel & Hirst were very helpful and supportive, providing quick checks and allowing us to proceed with a property that met our needs in a timescale to suit. The house was clean, tidy and in good decorative order throughout. Leaving was made easy and the process again was handled professionally and efficiently by friendly supportive staff. They made the whole process easy for us from start to finish and have been communicative when needed, but at the same time have left us to enjoy the property without unnecessary interruption. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs or wishes to rent a property in the Brighouse area.

GoogleWe have rented through Daniel & Hirst for the last 9 years and have been very happy with the quaity of service and the speed with which all our queries were dealt with. Michael, Geraldine and Stella have all been very professional and supportive over the years. In 2018, the landlord decided to sell the property and Michael was excellent in bringing about a quick agreement on the sale between the landlord and ourselves. Excellent Estate Agents and we would be happy to recommend them.

GoogleWe didn't hesitate to use Daniel and Hirst again when selling our house this year after such a positive experience with them 15 years ago. Neither of our sales have been without their challenges but Michael and the team have been supportive throughout with sound straightforward advice and prompt action when needed. Don't be fooled into trying to sell it cheaper with an online agent, you get the service you pay for and the professional, approachable attitude Michael has delivered has been worth every penny.

GoogleWe enquired about a property to rent and was told they had no viewings booked as of yet and would contact us when they could book them in, we followed up a few times and was just told I’d receive a call back regarding a viewing but no response after weeks, and upon checking on right move a let for the property has been agreed, really poor communication from the estate agents.

GoogleI recently used WS Residential to sell my apartment in Brighouse. It had been rented out successfully by them and Daniel and Hirst for many years and when it came empty, I decided to sell. The service from valuation right through to completion they were excellent. I would highly recommend them as estate agents and letting/ managing agents . Their communication throughout the process was excellent and special thanks go to Michael for helping me complete the vast amount of paperwork for the leasehold, the office and Michael took care of everything including contact with solicitors. Saved me a massive headache!

GoogleA year ago we had to find accommodation in Brighouse at extremely short notice from over 200miles away. We arranged multiple viewings with several agents for one weekend. Daniel and Hirst were by far the most professional and helpful, in both appearance and with the information to hand. On moving in, the inventory was concise and thorough, and over the course of the year, we have always found them to be helpful and approachable. Highly recommended.
