GoogleNatasha is an outstanding estate agent and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her to family and friends. I used Natasha to sell my mothers property and I don't think I have ever used an agent who works so hard to keep all parties informed and really help to keep things moving by keeping in touch with other agents and solicitors in the chain (and I've moved around 10 times) Her professionalism and excellent communication really has helped ease some of the stress of moving.

GoogleNatasha Howarth is worth her weight in gold as an estate agent . From day 1 she told me she would sell my property & she has . She is very thorough in what she does . Not many estate agents give the support & responsive follow ups throughout the sale . I feel she has done an exceptional job with the sale of my property & I will always use her in the future if I need to . A huge amount of other estate agents need to take her way of working learn how easy it is to sell a property if given true & full dedication from your estate agent .

GoogleNatasha has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of selling our property. Was really quick at getting back to us, coming over to take photos & got our house on the market the same day. Natasha has been really flexible around conducting viewings (evenings and weekends) which makes such a difference. She kept us up to date every step of the way has made the whole experience so much less stressful & actively chasing anything when needed without us having to! Natasha has a great way of being professional, yet really friendly and approachable. Natasha would undoubtably be our first choice to instruct again with any future sales. Thank you so much!

GoogleNatasha is a superstar. She goes above and beyond and makes what is often a very stressful process a little more bearable. She is professional at all times but also brings her personality to the table. She acted for me as a seller and also I purchased through her as well. She made sure all parties were treated with respect and she would often put herself out to make sure everyone was happy. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their property.

GoogleVery pleased with Natasha's handling of our bungalow sale. She was on the ball with advice on current market values & conditions, presented the property very attractively in the media and kept both parties to the transaction up to date with the very rapid progress from putting it on the market to completion. Very easy to get hold of, and prompt with answers to any queries, highly recommended.

GoogleNatasha was excellent in all respects - keeping me in the loop and always maintaining an optimistic approach. It wasn’t an easy sell, with a potential buyer pulling out fairly early on, frustratingly, but she stuck in there and arranged for many further viewings, finally landing on the ideal buyer who has recently moved in. I’d certainly recommend Natasha to anyone looking to sell (or indeed buy), as she takes the time and trouble to attend to the details. Extremely quick in getting the house to market, also!

GoogleI recently used Natasha for my purchase, but she would definitely be my first choice for any future sale! Great communication, always available to contact no matter what time or day and really helpful. Natasha kept in touch with all parties in the chain and kept me in the loop with what was happening, not just on my purchase, but the chain below too. She has made a very stressful time a lot easier - thanks so much. I am very grateful and will not hesitate to recommend to anyone I know looking to buy or sale :)

GoogleWe originally bought our home through Natasha and as she did a great job for us back in 2018 we decided to use her again and she has not disappointed. She definitely knows how to get things moving at lightning speed. If you want an agent that is fully committed to getting the process completed then call no-one else, she is amazing I truly recommend her to everyone.

GoogleExcellent Service! Natasha has been very helpful right from the start, till the completion. I am a first time buyer and was guided step by step, in fact she had gone out of the way to support me every time I asked for something. Very polite and understanding. The entire process has been smooth, I couldn't've asked for more. 100% recommendation for property buyers, go for 'Natasha Howarth'. Very professional!
