Natasha Howarth is not your average High Street estate agent. If you want the job handled professionally from start to finish with precise follow ups and timeous feedback then she is definitely the agent to use. I was presented with three offers and each one explained to me in a precise manner to assist me in accepting the best offer to suit my circumstances. It has turned out to be the best decision I have made! She certainly is a cut above the rest. Her follow up along the chain and providing me with feedback has been priceless and has eased the stress of selling and moving under trying circumstances. Natasha has helped us buy our first house! We have had the best experience and couldn’t have asked for a more genuine estate agent, she has kept us updated from day one and checked in on us when it had been a while. She has explained everything we didn’t understand as first time buyers and she really looks after you the whole way through, making sure you understand everything that is going on and is more than happy to answer any “silly” questions If we ever want to sell our house in the future, I would honestly look no further than Natasha.
