There is absolutely no question about this.If you are buying, selling or renting a property, Natasha Howarth Estate Agent is without any doubt the very best there is. With a very difficult sale, not because of our buyers, who again were also very good, but problems with the ones below them caused a 6 months time delay between the offer and exchange, it’s not been easy. This has given my wife and I lots of time to get to know Natasha, I’m really glad we did this. Natasha is so good at putting your mind at ease whilst working tirelessly to GET THE JOB DONE... Going way above what is expected of her, doing the work that incompetent other estate agents and solicitors should have done. Natasha has always been a call away and if it goes to her messaging service, she has always called us back very quickly and this has been the case on any day of the week. Thank you Natasha, Caroline and I have really appreciated all the hard work that you have done to get our sale over the line. We can’t thank you enough. We had such a fantastic experience with Natasha throughout our house purchase. From start to finish she was incredibly helpful, proactive and always keeping us updated. Our purchase ended up being much longer than expected, due to delays outside of anyone’s control, but Natasha was always chasing things up, keeping us informed and literally going above and beyond to help move everything along. She was often the only person keeping us updated and making sure nothing was being overlooked. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she was always friendly, approachable and quick to respond to any questions we had. She always gave us confidence that everything was moving in the right direction, even when things felt uncertain. Buying our first home was stressful and we didn’t know what we were doing half of the time, but Natasha made what could’ve been an overwhelming experience feel so much more manageable. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring at every stage, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We were part of a long and stressful chain, but Natasha’s dedication, support, and proactive approach made the whole experience feel so much smoother and far more manageable. Natasha is fantastic! We highly recommend using Natasha Howarth Estate Agent due to her prompt, professional, enthusiastic, positive work ethic. Natasha had our property on the market just 4 days after our initial contact. The process was a pleasure as communication with Natasha is nothing but admirable. E-mails, text and phone calls have been answered outside of working hours which we wouldn't expect but is a real bonus at times of stress when marketing/selling/buying. Nothing is too much trouble and we welcome the confidence Natasha has with being very honest and genuine with constructive feedback and with sharing her professional knowledge. Viewings were arranged without delay, feedback from viewings were immediate and then followed up a day or two later, we were kept updated daily and Natasha sold our house within a coupe of weeks (at a time when the market isn't as active as it has been over the last few years) and the communication has continued to be fantastic with updates on the progression of sale coming to us as soon as there are updates to give. Natasha holds a weekly update call with Solicitors to ensure the process is moving effectively and without 'stalling' We feel very supported and its a real pleasure working with Natasha who always answers her phone with a very cheerful positive tone 🙂. WOW. What a completely refreshing approach Natasha Howarth Estate Agents has to both buying and selling of houses. After encountering some problems with another local long standing estate agent who failed us in making our sale happen, we were sceptical about repeating the process. We needn’t worry we were in safe hands. With a full asking price offer within two weeks we were both excited and afraid. What to buy, where to go….. we needn’t have worried Natasha offered a number of great properties which matched our criteria. With viewings at times that suited us and not the usual office hours that some offer, the only problem was which property to pick.Decision made, purchase agreed. Communication has been amazing all the way through. We have always felt Natasha was at the centre of all correspondence and a natural link to all parties; solicitors, surveyors and movers. We recently bought a property off of Natasha, the literature was a true reflection of the property. We chose Natasha initially for her competitive rates and her local knowledge of the area. The service we received from our initial meeting until after the sale had completed has been phenomenal. Natasha was available 7 days a week often until late in the evening. Our chain suffered complications and without Natasha’s intervention throughout I'm convinced the chain would have collapsed.
