GoogleWow! Where can we start…Natasha is the BEST estate agent around. From the initial valuation to completion she was amazing! Her constant communication kept us in the loop and made us feel at ease. We received phone calls to book in each viewing and feedback after. Once we had sold our property Natasha really helped us with solicitors and communication with the chain. Natasha’s professional friendly approach really put us at ease throughout the whole process. We cannot thank Natasha enough. Would highly recommend

GoogleWe had the absolute pleasure of working with Natasha as our estate agent, and she was amazing from start to finish. From the first viewing to completion, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her communication was spot on, always keeping us updated and making the whole process so much smoother. We 100% would use Natasha again if we ever decide to move (hopefully not anytime soon!), and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to absolutely everyone. Thank you for everything!

GoogleFrom the moment we met Natasha, we knew we were in safe hands. She wasn’t just professional, she was genuinely kind, caring, and always went the extra mile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made what was a stressful process, feel more easy. We’re so grateful for her hard work, patience, and the personal touch she brought to everything. An absolute gem of an estate agent! Could not recommend enough.

GoogleThe best option, everytime. Natasha went above and beyond on so many occasions. It’s very stressful going through a sale/purchase but she was on our side all the way, proactive, supported and chasing at every moment to keep things moving. Without her we wouldn’t have closed as soon as we did

She provides a personalised service, is highly knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful, she was available whenever we needed her, always quick to respond, and kept us updated every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring estate agent.

GoogleWithout a doubt the best agent in town! Natasha has been so easy to work with, her speedy turn around from booking the valuation to uploading and getting our viewings in the door. She is very personable, professional and everything is dealt with at a personal and human level

GoogleNatasha has been nothing short of professional. Nothing is ever a problem and she always keeps you fully updated on everything going on. We bought our property from her and she was most helpful in answering questions and queries. She was instrumental in helping us get to the completion date we were after. We cannot fault her and the service she provides.

GoogleWhat an amazingly positive experience selling my house was with Natasha as my estate agent! She constantly went over and above to keep me informed of developments, without me ever needing to prompt. She chased any loose ends with solicitors, other estate agents etc so delays were minimal. Natasha has a lovely engaging manner and is so positive but also very pragmatic. Honestly, she restored my faith in estate agents and she absolutely deserves all the success which has come her way already in terms of awards and will continue to do so - sensational client service and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough!

GoogleNatasha sold our house for us recently and I couldn't have been more happy with the service we received, nothing was ever too much trouble, she was always happy to explain the process to us. She was always on the case, chasing up solicitors and buyers to keep the chain moving, she took so much of the stress out of the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend Natasha to anyone selling their house, so professional and efficient and a really lovely lady to boot

GoogleNatasha Howarth is by far the best in town! Although we was not using her to sell our property (wish we did) we were buying a property that Natasha was selling on behalf of her client. Nearly every day we would get updates from Natasha with advice and any updates we needed. Amazingly our own estate agents were not doing that but Natasha was there on hand for anything we needed, nothing was too much trouble. Please use Natasha Howarth estate agents and anyone else she would recommend as part of the whole process because we cannot appreciate or rate her highly enough, without Natasha, we would probably have pulled out of the deal due to a lack of communication from everyone, she has really helped us out. If I could give Natasha more than a 5 stars, I would no question. Thank you so much Natasha for all your help and hard work these past months, you have been incredible. Rob and Sophie
