Excellent communication and support throughout the sales process from the Yeovil team. Team visited the house before going on the market to familiarise themselves with the property and have information to hand on viewings. Not always the case when we were viewing other properties! Our sale was managed by Lauren who updated us at every stage and worked with both solicitors and agents to move the chain forward where perhaps progress could have stumbled. Our experience was only positive hence 5 stars!

They were ok once we had an offer accepted. However they wouldn’t let us view the house as another family we’re considering if they wanted to buy it. Even though it was our second viewing. I had to find the owner through her job an email direct. Me and the owner basically did everything else direct. So not sure it was worth the money they had to pay them really. But as I say, they were responsive towards the end of the process

GoogleThe viewing process with GTH was non existent. We were accommodated by the vendors at our request otherwise wouldn't have viewed the property we ended up buying.
Harry who dealt with the purchase negotiations understood the convenience of email correspondence due to work and family commitments so this was appreciated.
Lorraine who dealt with our purchase of the property once offer accepted, was very helpful and was super in assisting us push through until we moved in.

GoogleMy experience with GTH was fine when we first started renting out our flat. But shortly after I called up and wanted to get advise on the mould that was starting to become a big problem. I was told that should keep cleaning and it’ll be fine. However I was cleaning this entire time, my boyfriend started to get health related problems with the mould which I mentioned, the response I got was ‘it’s not my problem’. I shrugged it off and kept doing the things and hoping it will ease a bit.
Now that we found a new place, I gave in the notice etc. All of a sudden they are Charging me £150 for cleaning the carpets and when I called in And Amanda answered and I asked her how is that required from my end. She was very rude and unprofessional, stating that my English is bad. The level of discrimination I got is absolutely disgusting. I will never rent out with GTH. No one ever should get the way they treat people.

We are extremely disappointed to read your review of our lettings department.
We have now had the opportunity of looking into this and feel we must point out to you that with regard to the carpets, the professional cleaning of them was written into the ‘Special Conditions’ of your tenancy agreement. You would have read and signed this document prior to moving into the apartment and therefore understood what was required when your tenancy finished. We also hold on file photographs that were taken at the property after you vacated, clearly showing that it had not been hoovered or cleaned when you left.
We apologise if you feel that the condensation contributed to your partner’s ill health, however we found no evidence of mould in the property when you vacated.
I can assure you that we take all accusations of discrimination very seriously and can only apologise if you feel that we treated you unfairly. Sometimes, when there is a language barrier it makes dealing with issues, such as yours, more difficult for both parties, however it is a matter that we will look into thoroughly and offer training where it is needed.
