Recently sold my home with GTH and the service I received was excellent. Harry dealt with my sale and was superb at chasing down solicitors and finding out where we were in the conveyancing process. The initial pictures taken by Becky were fab and the house sold on its first viewing with a very good offer. I cannot recommend GTH enough, the staff were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the selling process. I bought the home from another estate agent in Bridgwater who weren't anywhere near the professionalism of GTH. Thank you team and I wish you all the future success you deserve.

On first meeting Ann we felt she understood our reasons for moving and was the only agent to point out the financial implications having not long moved to our house, which was one of the reasons for putting our property with GTH . Communication was great, being kept up to date with the sale progress and going above and beyond in their dealings with our buyers, we cannot praise Ann and the team enough. We highly recommend GTH Bridgwater and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we were going to sell (which we're not as we love our new place!)

Absolutely disgusting people. Why are you giving notice to a family with children under 18 who pay they rent on time, keep the house clean and respect the neighbours. Do not ever rent from these people. The landlords are very difficult. They made this family pay for repairs when the facility’s were broken to begin with. The house was very dirty when they moved in and now they want them to leave the house spotless. They were promised a professional clean and when they moved in the house was disgusting. The workers are very rude and lack in customer service skills. Again DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS AGENTY.

Chain of 14 vendors. Successful sale

We approached GTH to sell our house after a previously unsuccessful attempt. The local manager Ollie provided a very sensible valuation. Upon listing, the viewings were carried out professionally manner, eventually securing a buyer in what has been a challenging market. We became part of a chain of 13 houses and 14 vendors, ( a company record) a potential nightmare. However careful management of the chain by Ollie and another agent resulted in completion 4months after we found the buyer. I am certain that this was in no doubt part due to the strenuous efforts of GTH staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Relocation from oxfordshire

From the very start of our journey of moving from Oxfordshire, Callum helped accommodate viewings of our new home around the dates that we could travel down which was so helpful for us. Once we had an offer agreed which Gail handled perfectly in securing the house, Billy introduced himself to us as our sales progression manager and honestly he was an absolute godsend!! He communicated with us regularly and chased things when we needed him to! On the day of our move we did have some issues due to solicitors errors but he was on it and did not let up until we had our keys. I did go into the office a few times on completion day as I was a nervous wreck with my son and cat in the car but Isla had a lovely chat with me and was a pleasure to spend time with. All in all buying a house is stressful but they all made it a much better experience 😊

Proactive before and after sale

Proactive, professional, friendly. Having tried another agent for 6 months, we switched to GTH and very soon - after paying extra for professional photos - the viewings started coming and continued to happen on a regular basis until a sale was agreed. This was largely due to proactive mailing of people on their database. I've used GTH previously for this reason, so was happy that this aspect of their service remains and genuinely makes a difference. But arguably it was the after-sales support that was even more important. Our chain was not proactive in communicating but thankfully GTH were - an absolutely vital part of the service, without which our chain would have collapsed and we would not have moved.
