GoogleI have been extremely disappointed in the service. Thry have repeatedly asked for documentation already sent, not acted on documents sent 4 months ago and the manner that staff employ to resolve issues is very poor I could never recommend this company.

Some other points for the reader …. - Landlord failed to turn up to valuation appointments without providing notice - Landlord forgot about appointments, leaving the representative and yourself unable to access the property - Drove 10 miles to drop off an agency agreement in paper form as requested by one of the representatives - The agency agreement was returned but not signed by the landlord: Yours Andrew

GoogleWe have rented through Andrew Lees for 6 years now in two different properties. They have always been easy to deal with when it comes to moving in/out. As we are tenants now we mostly deal with Peta when we have any questions or issues. She is always happy and cheery and gets things done immediately if necessary or arranges future repairs etc. Thankyou Peta for always being kind and courteous with us and making sure our needs are met. We are so happy and relaxed knowing that we have a letting agent that cares about tenants, aswell as the landlords. Thankyou to all the other people behind the scenes too. You're all great.

However, once I found them, they managed to make this overwhelming process bearable for me.
