GoogleI arranged an appointment on Monday 7th November to see an appartment, and I got the response from the agency on Saturday 12 November, with the agreement of the landlord to proceed with my application. Just sent all the documentation. Yolande was quick, kind and professional. Brigitte took care of sending me all the documents once we agreed on the start date of the rental. I asked for a last minute change in the start date and Brigitte made it possible. Brigitte is very professional, fast and very friendly. I asked her several questions and she answered me very quickly and kindly. Today, Tuesday 10thJanuary, I picked up the keys. Everything in the flat was perfect. Totally professional in everything they do.

GoogleYolande was really helpful, patient and more of a concerned mum to us knowing I was pregnant as at the time of searching . She provided us with useful information on the type of house available and which was suitable for us as a new family . Brigitte was prompt with responses . In all I would recommend Andrew Lees Lettings anytime .

GoogleI had a disappointing experience with the Andrew Lee Letting. Initially, they seemed professional and attentive, pushing us to leave positive reviews shortly after moving in.However, the true nature of their service emerged with time. It's clear that their early positive reviews are the result of pressure tactics rather than genuine client satisfaction. Iwould advise future tenants to be wary .The initial impression may be favorable, but the ongoing service is severely lacking.

GoogleIt's amazing how rude these agents are, it must be because they don't earn a commission, I don't know how a business like that still works. It must be because they are just employees and their boss has no idea how they treat their customers. It looks like they are even giving people the house for free to live in. They had to be more flexible regarding views at home. EVERYONE WORKS AND HAS SCHEDULES TO KEEP. People are not always available to view houses on weekdays in the middle of the afternoon. Let me tell you, rude people

GoogleWhat a team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Andrew Lees Letting Agency comes highly recommended. Special thanks to Brigitte who has gone above and beyond in her support. Having had a truly horrendous experience with another local letting agency, we found ourselves having to look for another local agency at very short notice. I was also incredibly stressed as my property had been left in a complete state and there were so many issues that needed resolving before we could even begin to think about getting another tenant in. Brigitte has kindly assisted us in getting plumbers, decorators, carpet fitters, electricians and maintenance to get everything back to a decent state. All the work has been done to high standard. I cannot thank Brigitte and the team enough for their support at what has been a very difficult time. I now ask myself why didn’t we use Andrew Lees to begin with!!! Thanks to Andrew Lees, I was very well received and between all the agencies I consulted, it was the only one that really took my situation into consideration and did everything possible to find me accommodation. I have now found a flat and Brigitte helped me very well in all the administrative steps, thank you!

GoogleBy a long way, not the worst letting agency in Bridgwater and as covid hit at the start of my letting, it's hard to tell how they really are. At the start, I sent a long list of things missed on their pre-tenancy list and things I either fixed or just painted as not great and didn't even get an acknowledgement. Had an inspection 11 months into my tenancy and mentioned a few things that I thought needed doing but again other than Paula noting them down, I heard nothing. Upon my tenancy end, Paula came around and was really nice. She went through the place and signed it off without issue. I have to say Paula was the best point of contact if you can get hold of her. Others, I felt were a little patronising or dismissive.

GoogleI have rented with Andrew Lees for the last 8 years. Peta is always extremely helpful in the office, responding to any issues as quickly as possible, and Paula is always so lovely and helpful (gives very good tips as well when it comes to cleaning difficult areas) when she came round to do the inspections. As I have now brought the house, I won't be dealing/seeing them anymore. So I wanted to thank you 2 Ladies especially, although I can't not thank Andrew for his assistance in the last hour of exchanging with the landlord, for emailing his solicitors to help me push it all through and finalise everything.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

They always help when I need assistance, repairs are always carried out promptly and they have commiserated with me when things haven’t gone according to plan. When my rental was sold, they found me a super new place and have guided me through the paperwork. GoogleCurrently in the process of beginning to rent a property through Andrew Lees Lettings. My partner and I had been looking for a while at trying to find somewhere to rent for us and our two children. Due to the demand in housing as a result of the Hinckley Point C development it was proving rather difficult to find somewhere at the right price and having the availability in the first place. After speaking to Brigitte from the Bridgwater office and explaining our situation she went above and beyond to get us a viewing on a property that was otherwise fully booked. Following this we attended our viewing the following day with Dee. Who again was just as fantastic as Brigitte. Both very professional yet understanding and made us feel very welcome and valued. We honestly can't thank both Brigitte and Dee enough for their help and look forward to renting the new property with them. Andrew Lees has provided the most pleasant experience we have had during our house hunt as we had been messed around by other rivaling Estate/letting agencies. Both Brigitte and Dee were exemplary and are the example I hope everyone else in the company follows! The bosses should be proud of these two. We were desperately looking for a house for our expanding businesses and family, the lovely ladies in the office have be so very willing and helpful in any way they can, most letting agencies couldn't even be bothered to reply to an email! Yolande made huge efforts to contact us every time a property became available that she felt suitable and Brigitte has gone above and beyond to help us secure the property we now move into in a few weeks time. We can't thank you enough for all your hard work and kindness.

GoogleMy experience as a tenant with Andrew lees was general good and Andrew and his team of staff was always quite pleasant to deal with. I had no issues with getting my deposit back after we moved! We have bought our first home now but if we needed to rent again I would use Andrew Lee’s letting again.

Thanks to Andrew lees Letting they made it so easy and simple. all the staff members are so welcoming especially Brigitte Bentham, she remembered me from my last tenency almost 7 years ago. she guided and helped me out with the whole process. I would definitely recomend the service.

I stayed in two different properties in Bridgwater and each time Dee, Brigitte and Peta were first class in setting up the viewing, showing me round, getting the documentation sorted and helping with maintenance issues (there were very few, but each time it was resolved very quickly).
