GoogleMe and my partner arranged a viewing for a property with the company. We confirmed it and got the address from them the day before, then we drive an hour away to get to the property and they haven’t showed up, saying we haven’t confirmed the viewing. Very unprofessional on the phone about the situation as well and unhelpful.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Dear Clarice, Many thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We welcome feedback from all of our customers, good or bad, as it allows us the opportunity to reflect on how things could have been handled, and make improvements moving forward into the future. In this instance, we have listened to the call recording from when your viewing was first booked in, and I note that the person you spoke to did clearly advise you that we will make contact with you on the day to confirm the appointment, and that if you would need to acknowledge the appointment or else it would be cancelled. This policy was brought in to reduce unnecessary out of office appointments due to Covid. I note that several hours prior to your appointment, we attempted to call you and when we were unsuccessful, we sent you a text message advising you that your appointment would be cancelled if you do not make any attempt to contact us back. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response until 20 minutes after your viewing appointment. Going forward, we will increase the amount of times we attempt to contact a customer to confirm a viewing appointment. We would thoroughly recommend that going forward, you return any missed calls/texts to an agent if you have an appointment scheduled with them. We wish you the best of luck with your property search with other agents/landlords in the future. Team DMK :)

These guys have truly gotten me and my son out of an awful situation and we’re looking forward to being able to call somewhere ‘home’! GoogleMe and my partner were moving to Maesteg for work, we found a house that we both liked and contacted DMK Residential about a viewing. David gave the viewing and was really very helpful answering any questions we had about the house and the area and we wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to give the viewing. We then were passed on to Olivia once we had pursued the house and she handled everything very efficiently and respectfully and seemed very good at her job (even better than David ;) We were successful in getting the house and overall it was the easiest experience either of us had ever had. They answered all questions, were respectful and filled us with confidence. If we ever moved in the area again or further a field I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to DMK Residential again. GoogleAMAZING SERVICE!!👌🏼 Really struggled to find a suitable home in my area, a friend recommended using DMK Residential and they were superb from start to finish. They found me my perfect home, arranged a viewing, sorted the paper work and got my keys all within a week!!! David and Olivia are soo professional in every aspect of the service they provide. The communication is very responsive which is ideal for people like myself who work unsociable hours. They use a online service for documentation and signatures which makes the process soo efficient and suitable for everyone as it can be done in your own time. Thanks again for all your help!! Kiera who I was pleasant enough to meet was very nice and easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable in saying any problems I may have. Would recommend them as tenants to anyone looking to rent.

GoogleAbysmal company to deal with from start to finish, Did not inform me of a rent increase and then tried to charge me for it upon leaving. Attempted to charge me for things that were there on moving in day. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleWe carry out the roofing maintenance for DMK. And honestly can't fault them. We are usually in contact with Zoe who really gets the job done. No matter what time of the day and even if she isn't in the office she will always help.
