GoogleI recently rented a house in Glyncorrwg using DMK estate agents. Everybody was very friendly and helpful, Keira in particular. She always responded quickly to my texts and phone calls and she was very reassuring when things got a bit stressful. She was quite new in the job but clearly knew what she was doing. She was competent, friendly and professional.

GoogleDavid is an incredibly busy man - always in demand from landlords and tenants alike - but he always finds the time to be helpful and supportive. He has a wealth of knowledge in the property rental market, and somehow manages to remember every property, every street and every tenant he’s ever spoken to! He likes to think outside the box too - of novel ways in which he can improve customer service. GoogleI used David because he was extremely responsive to any message, very professional and provided a service you will not find with any large company. We listed my property for LET and within 7 days he had a tenant offering full rent, fully referenced and providing a strong guarantor. I was more than impressed. 2 weeks later and the tenant had paid the deposit, paid the first month's rent and moved smoothly. Highly recommend David at DMK, 10/10 service, professional and great value. Thank you David.

GoogleWhen taking over my tenancy March 2023 DMK seemed keen to get any issues sorted, the staff I spoke to were friendly and positive and appeared to take my concerns about the damp in the property seriously. So I left a 5 star review. However, my experience with them over the last 18 months has been far from positive. DMK do not care for the state of the property you rent from them. They have no interest in helping tenants by sorting repairs in a timely manner, instead they like to fob you off with multiple contractors to inspect the same problem, followed by excuse after excuse about chasing contractors for work and then try to cut corners, I've also just found out (by speaking to my landlord directly because the severity of the damp has caused rotting and sinking flooring which I just can't live with any longer) that they don't seem to have been reporting the full extent of the problem to the landlord in the first place.

GoogleThey can't be bothed to contact you back . Even if you get a chance to view any properties , half the time they don't even let you know ! If you don't get that property. Sorry to have to post this ! As they can be rude in response to poor , criticism of their services Yes they started out being very helpful ! After my 2 attempt of applying for 2 property , then they started not bothering to return calls , emails . So my 3rd ,4th attempts were an complete waste of time I'm married with 2 very young children , working . Plus 1 small dog 🐕

The market is overwhelmingly strong at the moment so there are lots of applicants also applying for the same properties which leaves us in the unfortunate position of only being able to accept 1 family. GoogleHighly unprofessional company. Been trying to contact them for several days regarding a property via different medias from email to a facebook page and have been ignored although the messages have been read. The phone number is rubbish and hangs up stating they arent taking calls only replying to emails but they arent even doing that. Personal opinion, avoid them and try a different company as you will be wasting your breath.

As a smaller, independent estate agent we really value and welcome feedback from all service users, both good and bad, as it gives us an opportunity to reflect and improve. We fully appreciate how frustrating it must have been not being able to get through to us, and although we would like to say that this is an isolated incident, I'm afraid it is not. We are overwhelmed with enquiries at the moment. Pre-Covid we would typically receive 10 - 20 applications per property within the first 72 hours, however Covid has had an unprecedented impact on the market and demand for rental properties has rocketed, and we now receive 100+ applications per property within the first 72 hours of it going to market. As we are a smaller independent agency with limited staff members, we simply do not have the capacity to respond to each and every application. We are doing our best during these strange times, and we are really sorry that you've not been satisfied with your experience. GoogleI have one word to describe the company. Frauds, full of fake promises. I will be taking legal action. They sent you fake numbers and will not provide me any of my invoices. Not even one. Please be careful and go somewhere. I have been chasing them to resolve the matter. They made so many mistakes I have no words.

I especially appreciated that I could communicate with her on WhatsApp which I found very convenient so I'm pleasantly suprised by the service that has been provided to me. I found ..keira and the rest of the team very helpful in the way they get straight on with sorting out the problems that come up in the process. 💯recommended 🙂
