I cannot recommend WN Properties highly enough. Margaret and Mike are both highly experienced industry and area experts. For me, what sets WN apart is their proactive approach to chain management. Their service continues long beyond offer acceptance and right up to completion. By way of example, Margaret worked most of the day (on her day off) to ensure our chain exchanged on time. I found the advice provided by Margaret and Mike to be consistently accurate, helpful and insightful. They were also just thoroughly lovely people to deal with.

Mike took some really professional photos and explained the selling process to us clearly - our home sold within days!
