GoogleWe used WN Properties to sell our house in March 2021. The service provided was excellent and very professional. Our initial appointment was made very quickly and just a couple of days before it went on the market. We were told that we could expect quick interest and that turned out to be the case with four viewings in the first few days.
We sold to the first viewers within 10 days and the follow up service was just as good with regular updates on progress with the chain. Whenever I had reason to call, there was always a quick response and good progress chasing maintained, which is what you need during what can be a stressful time. Overall, excellent service provided at a competitive commission rate and the smaller local companies are often better than the larger ones and this was certainly the case from our experience.
We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

YellExcellent knowledge and professionalism
Very professional operators with extensive knowledge of the market in the local area and beyond. WN were able to sell my property for me which other agents couldn't, and also got me the price I wanted. Couldn't have asked for more!

GoogleVery unprofessional company . We had a viewing put an offer on a house and many days after nobody bother to contact us and when my wife called they said is rented already. They left the property on line available although it was rented . This is not the way to do business.NegativeProfessionalism

Dear Mr Morar,
I was really sorry to read your review regarding our service. We received nine offers to rent this property and were in the process of responding to the unsuccessful applicants when your wife called our office. We were unable to call before until instructed by the landlord and we do not change the advertised status of a property to ‘Let agreed’ until the referencing process is complete. We are sorry you were unsuccessful on this occasion and as discussed with your wife in a telephone conversation earlier we hope to find you an alternative property as soon as possible.

GoogleMike and Margaret at WN Properties handled both our sale and purchase with consummate professionalism and determination in what was a complex 6 property chain. Their drive and years of experience helped us get over the line under very tight deadlines once the transactions were agreed and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Local knowledge, strong relationships and that valuable experience really made the difference and I wouldn’t use anyone else. 5 star service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

YellAn Agency that delivers!
Finally an Estate Agency that delivers. From the moment Brennan valued the house until exchange of contracts he was in constant communication, liaising with solicitors, updating me step by step throughout the whole process and always contactable whenever needed. He said from the very beginning he would endeavour to meet my expectations but it’s honest to say that he totally exceeded them!
