Zaman and the WN Properties team carried out a superb piece of work on one of my Docklands rental flats. The flat had a long-term tenant who left after many years. The flat was very tired and in need of refurbishment. Zaman sourced competitive quotes for a full refurb including new kitchen, bathroom and full redecoration. We selected an approved supplier of WN who carried out the work on time time, on budget and to a very high standard. Zaman and the team then rented the flat to a new tenant at an increased rent of 20%+ within 2-3 weeks of completion of works. The project was managed by WN Properties from beginning to end and I am delighted with the outcome. I did not have to visit the property at any point during the process. I would highly recommend Zaman and the WN team for their professionalism, commercial acumen and attention to detail.

We’ve had a really positive experience with WN Properties, and in particular Sarah and Zaman. From the very beginning, they have both been extremely helpful, responsive and professional. What has stood out most has been the personal touch and their willingness to go above and beyond to help us get settled into the property. Sarah has been particularly attentive, even responding and helping us outside of normal working to answer questions and be of assistance, and has always made a genuine effort to get things sorted as quickly as possible. Zaman has also been incredibly helpful throughout the process, taking time out of his personal life to make sure the move in was smooth. Moving into a new home can naturally come with a few things that need sorting and getting used to , but having people who are approachable, proactive and genuinely care about people has been a massive help. It is always a pleasure to see how efficiently and professionally the agency WN Properties handles any maintenance issues. They consistently arrange reliable and skilled professionals who complete the work quickly and to a high standard. I've rented my flat from my landlord through WN Properties for over three years, and their service has been consistently excellent. The few times I've needed to report a repair, I've mainly dealt with Francesca and Jo, who have always been incredibly kind, professional, responsive and quick to liaise with my landlord to get any issues resolved promptly. It's clear they genuinely care about maintaining positive relationships with BOTH tenants and landlords. They're also exceptionally organised when it comes to arranging annual checks, such as gas safety, boiler servicing and electrical inspections, making everything completely stress-free. The wider team are equally great. It's also lovely to see WN Properties supporting events on the high street and putting on activities for local children and families, such as face painting. It's a thoughtful touch that really reflects the caring and friendly nature of the team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WN Properties to anyone looking for lettings or sales services.

I would not recommend WNProperties based on my experience selling my property. We accepted the buyers’ offer because WNProperties specifically told us they were chain free. This proved to be incorrect. The buyers were selling a shared-ownership property, creating a chain and significant additional complications. We were initially told completion was likely around February 2026; the sale eventually completed in July 2026. The more serious issue was that the chain was not proactively and clearly disclosed to us. I only discovered the true position through an email, and the information was subsequently confirmed in January 2026. I raised a formal complaint with WNProperties and then referred the matter to The Property Ombudsman. The Ombudsman found a number of shortcomings and service breaches in WNProperties’ service. WNProperties agreed to a compensation payment to conclude matters. Unfortunately, my experience of WNProperties’ handling of the complaint was equally disappointing. After my original review, WNProperties publicly accused me of being “rude, abusive” and “threatening”. Those allegations were subsequently retracted. I found this response particularly unprofessional. I have attached the original response for reference. Also, I specifically requested that communications remain in writing so there would be a clear record. Despite this, I was repeatedly encouraged to take discussions offline. Perhaps most tellingly, during the Ombudsman investigation WNProperties offered increased compensation if I agreed to remove this review; potentially indicating that WNProperties feedback isn’t accurate. My review is based on my personal experience and the findings of the Ombudsman. I stand by it and would recommend that prospective sellers consider alternative estate agents.

Really poor experience. I was shown a flat with clear signs of damp that had obviously not been properly addressed. Or repaired It felt completely unacceptable to market and show a property in that condition. It wasted my morning and left me questioning how seriously they take tenants concerns and property maintenance over money . issues like damp should be resolved before a viewing is even arranged. I hope they improve how they assess and present properties in future.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO DUTY OF CARE FOR YOU AS A TENANT. Since I've moved into this property 3 years ago, I've had nothing but issues, and all I get told is, "I'll call the landlord and get back to you," and nothing ever happens. I was left for over a week with no heating or hot water in the middle of December with a baby. I was told there's nothing they can do, so I had to pay for a hotel for my family for that duration. I've got a hole in the top of my back door, and my front door doesn't fit properly as it scrapes across the floor and leaves a big gap at the bottom when shut, so the house is always cold. No heating in the living room, the one thing they did do was get me a little electric heater that's not cheap on my electric bill. I had a leak in my bath that damaged the ceiling in my living room. It never got repaired. And tge list goes on all the time I get told, "I'll speak to the landlord," but nothing ever happens. Worst estate agent I've ever used.
