I bought and sold the same property in Hutton with WN Properties a couple of years apart. They are an outstanding agency, the whole team is great (special thanks to Brennan and Margaret). The communication is perfect, they always answer the phone and reply to emails very quickly. They will relentlessly chase everyone needed to make the sale happen, it's admirable. I highly recommend them as a sales agency. Their fee was reasonable especially for the high level of service provided. They will also recommend solicitors which you should definitely go with as they will make everything smoother than bad ones.

I am writing to express my support for WN Properties in light of an inaccurate one-star review left regarding my property. WN Properties acted in accordance with my instructions at all times. They are, without doubt, the best estate agency I have encountered, consistently demonstrating the highest levels of ethical and moral integrity. It is important to note that a previous tenant is alleged to have committed a serious crime that occurred miles away and had absolutely no connection to the property itself. The ‘Airbnb style’ key box mentioned in the review simply housed the key to the cupboard containing the outside electricity meter and provided no access to the house whatsoever. There was no shared use of the property, no safety concerns, and certainly no impact on the property value. In summary, the review is completely unfounded. I encourage anyone considering WN Properties to pay attention to the numerous five-star reviews, as this one is not representative of the high level of service they consistently provide.

I am really shocked and appalled at my experience with WN properties. I will be reporting them to relevant authorities. They intentionally decided to withhold some really serious information about the previous tenant of the property I was in the process of purchasing. I viewed the property twice. Multiple conversations were had and they decided not to share this information with me until I instructed my solicitors and completed a very comprehensive level 3 survey. They knew the information was important background information but did not share until I made a significant financial commitment. The director (Michael Wilson) shared this information with me via email and when I spoke to him on the phone was extremely apathetic about the situation. He refused to disclose the crimes that were committed by the previous tenant. I spoke to the neighbors and they informed me about what happened. It also received a lot of coverage via various media sources so I was able to find the articles detailing exactly what had happened. The vendor of that specific property lets various properties through WN properties. They clearly had his interests at heart and were trying to get rid of this property by not disclosing key background information, therefore breaching their duty of care to help out their long-time client and make commission. They were also aware that the previous tenant has installed an air-bnb style key box outside the property. They did not have a code for it and they did not know where some of the keys were located but again were happy to proceed with me buying the property knowing that the previous tenant was probably sharing the property with someone else/ other people could easily have access. Key information that impacts my decision to buy, my safety, and the property's resale value was deliberately omitted. Transparency is crucial in these situations. Not to be trusted! No empathy or consideration. They were more than happy to put my safety and wellbeing at risk.
