Having dealt with Simon & Ed at Fine & Country made a very refreshing change in as much as they worked extremely hard during difficult circumstance to bring both parties in the process together for a successful outcome. It was clear how much effort they put into my selling my home as we had many issues that needed to be addressed but they showed persistence and determination where I think many other estate agents would have given up. Ed , Simon and Jinny provide a brilliant,friendly and proffessional service, in particular Jinny who kept a long chain of people up to date and punctual with thier responses. GooglePaula McCartney helped us sell our house. After we had gone through a tirade of real estate agents who promised the world, Paula came in grounded and set clear expectations. She was very clear and concise with her communication through the whole process. She set up and followed through with appointment - much more than other agencies and ensured the right kind of potential buyers were visiting. Once the property was put on offer, she helped speed up the process and ensured effective communication across the chain. It has been an absolute pleasure having Fine & Country represent us and in particular Paula. We would definitely be coming back as our personal needs evolve.

GoogleWe recently purchased a home and sold our 4 bedroom house with Fine and Country. Paula and Chris, who are both experts in their field, were faultless throughout. The service they provide really is a cut above the rest. Chris gave our home a realistic valuation and provided an excellent write up and exquisite photography. He went above and beyond with a drone capture and social media videos to showcase our home, which enabled it to be sold within 2 weeks of it going to market, just as he had promised. Paula managed the sales process, and worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran as smooth as it could and remained as stress free as possible for us. She picked up on things that solicitors missed and chased them daily. I honestly can’t thank Chris and Paula enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fine & Country to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Our purchase was complicated but Paula kept on top of things and also kept us updated. She used her vast knowledge and experience to help us and our buyers through the process. GoogleEd and Simon’s straightforward and honest approach made this stressful experience far less painful over what was a trying time in the market. The ability to text rather than just call was a huge bonus to help me with a very busy day job. We completed in 4 working weeks (surrounding Christmas) after an outstanding job from F&C and our solicitors at Holmes and Hills. Moving will always be a strain unless the laws are changed that allow either party to pull out of the deal right up until exchange, but Ed did all he could to lessen the worry so we’re very grateful for that.

GoogleThe entire process from start to finish was a great experience with Fine & Country. Ed Casson was very thorough with his approach and the Matterport on-line system of viewing really hi-lighted the interior of our home to potential buyers. The viewings were arranged around us and we quickly gained the utmost trust in Ed as he carried out the viewings without us in attendance. The property quickly sold. The support from Jinny Walker back at the office kept us informed on feedback from the viewings and once sold on the current status of the legal proceedings. Can’t fault Fine & Country and thank you to Ed & Jinny. Certainly use them again in the future.
