Easy to access and a very helpful team

Following our move to the area, my wife and I used Cinch for furniture storage for nearly a year. It was very easy to access, even outside of office hours. The Cinch team were always very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Andrew and Paul at the Chippenham store…

Andrew and Paul at the Chippenham store are excellent ambassador's for the Cinch brand, extremely friendly and helpful. Units are very clean. Although the out of hours access appears a bit daunting, once done its actually very easy and useful to have rather than a defined set of hours.

5 star experience and service

Used the Letchworth branch for a storage unit whilst we were in between houses. Really great experience! We looked around a few places and compared prices etc and this one was the best value for money. Super friendly, accommodating staff who always remember your name when you pop in. Had no issues, super smooth experience and 5 star service!

Helpful staff and clean, well maintained units.

A competitively priced storage facility. Lots of good quality units and a range of sizes to suit. I found the people at Cinch really lovely to deal with and always on hand to assist. There are good facilities on site and it is a clean and well maintained building.

Cinch self storage is excellent place for anyone who is looking for secure and clean place to keep their belongings. Team members are very friendly, professional and happy to support customers. The atmosphere has a feel of small family. The sign in process is straightforward so are terms and conditions of the agreement. Prices are very reasonable and location is good. I genuinely cant think of any points for improvements. It is excellent location, nice environment, great security systems and most importantly really likeable team:)
