Trustpilotstaff helpful
I had to put my furniture in store during a house move. No one helped choose what size unit I should use, I don't know if that would be up to the removal firm or me but I have idea on cubic dimensions. Over the phone I was advised to pick a size and paid for it. On moving day, it turned to be only half what I needed, so I had to book 2 extra small units. The staff were very helpful but that was the best they could as no more large ones were available. I didn't visit the facility so can't comment on that. Furniture all eventually arrived with no problems due to Cinch.

Hi Jean, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. After speaking with Lauren, our Letchworth store manager, this review was for the removals company and not for Cinch Self Storage. We hope that you were able to resolve your dispute with them and if you need anything storage related, please don't hesitate to reach out to the team, they'd be happy to help you out. Sincerely, - The Cinch Self Storage Team

Trustpilot5/5 Would definitely recommend!
We’ve had a fantastic experience with Cinch (Brighton). Really friendly and knowledgeable staff; clean, secure and well maintained storage spaces; everything you need to make storing as simple as possible - loading bays, trolleys, boxes, dust covers, padlocks etc. We had no idea what size area we needed so popped in and were given a tour of the spaces which was super helpful. You also get given your own security code so can access your unit outside of office hours at no additional cost which was unexpected. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

TrustpilotSeaford cinch.
Both grace and martin at seaford have a friendly courteous manner. Welcoming everytime i attend the site. There office door is always open for a chat or if i have any queries. There have been issues with the access to the main building yet it was handled openly and deftly by martin. Both martin and grace are in their own right likeable individuals which makes any attendance enjoyable. At this point i cannot think of any issues that could be addressed. I would rrcommend this site for proximity to home address. Lastly,i have had some positive exchanges with fellow cinch customers.

TrustpilotJust a great experience throughout!
Just a great experience throughout!I couldnt view the store and sute before committing but felt assured enough that I could change size if required and had access until 11pm most of the week. One exiting, which was sooner than anticipated due to deciding to rent rather than buy, they couldn't again have been more helpful.Great work as I am fastidious and a pain sometimes, so credit where it is due!5 stars without doubt.(Only comment is that the trolleys need brakes as the loading/offloading area is on a very slight slope)
