Matthew provided excellent customer service from start to finish, which made the moving house process so much easier. There were last minute changes with logistics and so forth with our move, yet Matthew was super understanding and accommodating - he just took care of everything. I was very grateful. Thank you!

Due to personal circumstance, I recently found myself between homes. There was constant worry of what I’d do with all of mine and my families belongings. I spoke to Lauren and Becky on separate occasions, they were very friendly and professional and did everything they could to reassure me and support me through the process. I ended up needing a second unit, and this was all sorted same day. The process to get a unit was quick and smooth, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

GoogleNeeded local storage at short notice and was referred to by a friend. From talking to Rebecca on chat at around 11pm for quotes to being looked after by Jo the following day a who was very accommodating showing me several sized rooms to confirm suitability and explaining the full access and exit procedure. No Rush. Signed contract with Simon next morning and promptly moved my stuff in. Recommend this facility which is very clean, well lit and felt really safe to be in. Also because it’s supported by a friendly customer service team. Well done.

The Sittingbourne Team have great customers services, helpful, friendly and 'nothing was a problem' attitude. They get a full 5 star rating.Downside of this storage unit is that the lift will only accommodate items you are storing and not people so you load the lift and then have to walk back to the stairs and climb to press the lift button on the floor you have the storage unit on to bring the lift up - unload and then go back down the stairs round to lift and press the button to bring the lift back down. This takes an immense time and effort.Also not open 24/7 - which could lead to some difficulties if travelling from any distance.

I am not looking forward to putting my possessions into storage and I felt quite anxious beforehand about talking to staff at CINCH Letchworth on Saturday. All was fine! Becky and Lauren were approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and very understanding. I was given all the time I needed to ask questions and they helped me realise the importance of making my decision. My 100 square foot unit no longer fills me with dread, so a big thank you to Becky and Lauren.

Perfect storage facility! Andrew and Paul at Chippenham Cinch storage made everything so easy. From opening an account to closing it after my move took place, just no hassle. Access was simple, adequate sized room and lift to all floors. Can’t fault the team at all. Thank you gentlemen.
