Right from the initial phone call, our experience with Beresfords was pretty seamless. Thomas E was really knowledgeable about local offerings that might suit our needs, to the extent we are now renting a place he suggested that we hadn’t initially inquired about. I found that Beresfords were very easy to get hold of when I had a question (of which I had many!) and were really helpful throughout the whole process. It was also nice to have someone consistent to contact in the office who we had met and helped us until the end. If we were to rent/buy in the future we would definitely consider Beresfords.

The initial valuation meeting stood out from other agents for being clear and straightforward, without false incentive pricing, hard sell, or schmoozing. I was both listened too, and well advised in relation to marketing materials and pricing. Viewers' positions were verified, negotiations were well handled, and the sale was 'just the beginning'. The team were active in tracking progress right through to exchange and really added value.
