Hi Paul, Having read your recent review, I am naturally concerned and disappointed with the comments made within. Firstly, may I say how very sorry I am to hear about the health problems your wife has been experiencing and wish her well soon. Having carried out a detailed appraisal of your file as to how events have transpired post marketing and subsequent conversations with individuals involved, can I please draw your attention to the following. Our internal file notes are recorded in real time as matters progress and cannot be amended thereafter. I therefore note we marketed your property for a short time only towards the end of November 2023. Given the nature of your very difficult circumstances, we had no option at the time but to withdraw your property from the market and have been unable to place back on since. Whilst it is in our interest to secure a sale, it is imperative we carry out our due diligence to ensure we are compliant against regulation. We have a duty of care to all legal owners and as such, have not been able to remarket your property. We have made you aware of the reasons why. Other less professional agencies may have taken a different stance, but we will take all reasonable steps to ensure we follow the code of conduct, as set out within our industry. Whilst I can appreciate your frustration as you were unable to achieve the outcome you desired; I am confident the office acted in the best interest for all parties.
