Very professional and helpful at all times, recommended the company to do our survey who where very good. Terrible service as letting agents. Not helpful at all. Was messed around a lot when trusting them. Tricked into leasing another year and misinformed when landlord was selling. Told to leave heating on all day and night to get rid of metres of mould after two weeks of moving in. Ridiculous. Would arrange viewings without our acknowledgment I feel as if my good nature was taken advantage of.
