Terrible service as letting agents. Not helpful at all. Was messed around a lot when trusting them. Tricked into leasing another year and misinformed when landlord was selling. Told to leave heating on all day and night to get rid of metres of mould after two weeks of moving in. Ridiculous. Would arrange viewings without our acknowledgment I feel as if my good nature was taken advantage of.

GoogleBeresfords have helped us find a property for renting near Brentwood. They were prompt in providing maintenance and managed services, however they are more client focused than tenants. Albeit they have friendly staff and quick email responses to any problems.
