GoogleRude and unhelpful! We had to use this branch on behalf of a relative, and had the unpleasant experience of dealing with a person called Juliet, she was very rude and unhelpful and also did know really why the landlord agreed and did not even know what was in the contract, and stated that we were incorrect.. we had to show her the agreement (that they produced). This person should not be dealing with customers, some manners would help and she should be able to chat to people in a friendly and professional way, which she didn't! A male colleague of hers took over & in a friendly manner dealt & resolved the issue.
Thank you Martin for your review, however upon investigation we have found that you are not a customer of this branch. If you could please email us at review@countrywide.co.uk and I can look into this for you as feedback like this is concerning to us when we cannot locate you as a customer.

GoogleAbbey, Paul and Ellisha couldn't have worked faster if they tried - offer accepted within a week 🎉 I signed the agreement with Paul for Bairstow Eves to sell my property on a Monday, had my 1st viewing arranged the next evening, and had an offer (my asking price) put forward and accepted the following week, we didn't even need to list the property online! I explained to the guys I was looking for speedy move and couldn't be happier with the result of the process. Communication has been quick and concise throughout, and realistic in regards to guidance on asking price and development research in the area - the guys know their stuff, and are hot on competition in Brentwood. The photographer Hennie, is fab too, he took some amazing shots (even though I didn't need them in the end as they found the perfect buyer in real time). I'm using the lawyers suggested by Bairstow Eves, which again has been a god send for speeding the process along, and the paperwork was sent immediately after the offer for me to complete. Thank you so much holding my hand throughout the process and making my sale stress free! I'll continue to recommend to everyone in the Brentwood area
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this amazing 5* review and recommendation. Kind regards Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleWe recently let out our property in Brentwood. We were looking for a reliable and an expert letting agency within Brentwood area going out to market the first time. Having gone through Bairstow I must say we got a very professional and thorough service end to end engaging initially with Steve for valuation, and later with Juliet & team for the viewings and letting agreement formalities. We couldn't have been more satisfied. Thank you and highly recommended!
